Re: I still can't beat it!

Here's my suggestions:

Use Dragon Time and attack him from behind. Attacking from the side might work as well but doesn't do as much damage. Combine the Earth Frail and evasive movement at a distance. Get clear when the Dragon Time meter is low.
Or...
Attempt to lure him into a corner and then evade. Do as much damage as you can with the Earth Frail while avoiding getting hit.
...and this might work as well...
The Executioner may be tough but he slowly recovers after attacking. Use this to your advantage by using Dragon Time.

Remember that the Earth Frail can consume alot of energy so try to break his shield to acquire gems.

I don't care how it looks but how it functions

Re: I still can't beat it!

What people don't know is how to get him stuck... People keep moving around him when he is about to bring his sword down, but they should be moving AWAY when he does that...

1. Get near him
2. Wait till he is about to bring his sword down
3. Dragon time and move away
4. Let him get stuck and attack him until his shield falls off
5. Repeat steps 1-3
6. Earth flail him rapidly and kill him.

I did what Neotyguy40 did, so I would recommend that.
