Why did you choose your username?

anyway i choose this name because i used to always play as ember then i forget about her. then i was going to choose something like cynder-the-dragon (back when cynder wasn't over rated) but i remembered ember so that's how i got ember_da_dragon

Mine was just random from the top of my head. :-P Strangely I'm not a big fan of the Inheritence Trilogy, but I do enjoy the books. And the Eragon film was... hm, OK. Saphira was the only great thing to come out of it - she looked incredible!

I have a couple of usernames around the web but I commonly use either Trasher258 or dessertmonkeyjk. I misspelled both of them from what I really to use. The other less frequently ones are wishbonedude2, jerko250, status field, and mystical nature.

The first one, dessertmonkeyjk, was actually a nickname I made up for the Tusken Raider when I playing Jedi Knight: Jedi Outcast multiplayer at one time. I really was meaning to spell Desert Monkey but I accidentally put an extra S in there. You can guess where the jk came from. I mainly use this username as a social network tag.

The second one, Trasher258, was really suppose to be Thrasher258 but again I placed an extra letter and it stuck. Eh, either one works. I just wanted to have a username that was intimating. I use this username as my gamer tag. (Xbox 360 gamertag including tongue )

I see alot of usernames with Spyro, Cynder, Sparks, etc. in them and find them not very original so I scoward (I can't figure out the spelling of the actual word I'm trying to type...) the dirt for one.

Meh, I really dunno. I used Cyndersparx as my username on Spyros Lair, but had no idea that it would be my dragon's name. So It stuck with me.
My other nickname Ihave is Agent 9. Not the monkey, lolz.

I got my username a few years back, when I was young. That was ... in
2002. I was playing Battlefield 1942 ...

[Too long. BRB to edit.] [Ten minutes later] Alright.

Name
I was playing a PC game called Battlefield 1942, made by EA Games. You
can also play on-line in it with up to 64 people per server. There are also
patches that EA put out for download as an update to the game. But you
can only play on servers that were made for a certain patch.

There was only one server for the original version of the game. And
because I could not update the game, I was forced to play on that server.
There was also a large group of guys in whom I played with on that
server. One in which was named Swaffy. After a while, less and less
people were playing on the server, and it decreased to a slow, painful
close. Everybody either updated the game, or stopped playing.

So I took after the name Swaffy, because I instantly fell in love with the
name when I saw it. It's cool. So for all of these years, I have been using
Swaffy. I even used it in a few school papers. But don't worry, the
teachers eventually found out that I was Swaffy.

You may think of it as "stealing" the name, but isn't. Think of it as taking
after a name that would have been trashed. An inherited name.

It's been about ... 6 years that I have been using this name.

Mah boy , I choose s'pyromane as a username to change my French so classic username , who is infitted here (and make laugh my friends (when I play online and they watch me , in a famous today game , initials of this game are SSBB)) docteur_snake (I let you guess where universe it come from...) from Metal Gear Solid series , because I was seaching for a username (for an online game on PSP and his forum) and I always put Snake (the hero of the serie) in medecine slot (he has the betters stats at the beginning and I was thinking medecine was very important...) to not lose him (I didn't know he can't be lost at all even if he dies , the others guy go away when they die xD) so this username come after less originals one...but still not that good for me hmm
I use it quite often in French forums but not in yours , the first English forum that I ever subscribe in (and the only one maybe for a long time) , because , meh , try to find a French Spyro forum as good as you in French...I haven't founded yet , even after many tries in differents ways :-\

Here I choose s'pyromane (sounds better in French maybe :-P ) because fire is beautiful (I'm a sort of pyromane in this way...but a pyromane who fears to approach the flames...creepy huh ? EDIT : remember that Spyro hurt himself with fire...that is to say I'm as creepy as one of my best favorites caracters in all video games smile ) , I was wanting to put some joking username and I'm a fan of the Spyro series (nobody would guess it if I didn't say it :-P )(I've finished me too all Spyro I have got except one because I sell it...Enter the Dragonfly , boring but I think I make a mistake even if he's not that good...) and I wanted a reference of the , you know , noel smileys users language (in a famous forum that you know , maybe , as jv.com) , where the " s' " idea comes (and that forms Spyro if you read the beginning of my username :-p ) , but sound finally weird to me...
I still keep this username anyways , because I'm not good for find goods or even originals ones...I like it anyways , weird things make me laugh or don't even bother me sometimes.
And at least nobody has this one except me , that's a unique username wink

I chose my username because of the battlecry I would use on MMORPG's, which was supposed to be stupid and random.

I thought Cynder was the coolest dragon ever. I said she was cute in my username because
I thought she was a little.:P
I asked SR to change my username a few days ago, so it might change.
