Seraph: Devi... he's not pure evil. Something... something corrupted him 3 years ago. He's 18 now, and is 6 years older than I am. My... parents told me what happened. I hold no hatred for him anymore. I want to help him, to get rid of what holds his soul.

Devi's voice in Seraph's head: If you truly want revenge on me, hate me, detest me, and come to me when you have the eyes I do. Also, go to the shrine at the edge of our home, and you will learn all you need to about our clan's abilities.

Seraph: The Eyes of Life have a purifying ability, able to cleanse the soul of someone, and to force the evil out of them, but it only works on family members.

*A vortex fills the area and they disappear without the trace*

Seraph: If you won't do it voluntarily, I'll force you to! *rushes over to Devi, and grabs him, forcing Devi to look Seraph straight into the eyes* Eyes of Life... Purifying Gaze! *a black cloud forms around Devi, and is shot out. Seraph starts to go blind from his Eyes of Life*

Devi: Seraph... thank you.

Seraph: Devi... the Eyes of Life... they're blinding me.

Devi: Seraph, quickly, take my eyes!

Seraph: What!?

Devi: I'll still be alive, but I won't let you be blind. I'm already blind, and although your eyes would restore my vision, you deserve to have your vision back. After all I've done, I don't deserve to see.

Seraph: That's insane! You don't have to do this!

Devi: You're right, I don't have to. I want to though.

OOC: Nanami (Misa's character) had Spyro's egg and was looking to bring it to him. She ran into Arcane and Aero, who tried to help, but Spyro's son hatched before they ever got to him. Seraph fought against Devi twice and gained the Eyes of Life, an ability that is only known to his family line and is the opposite of Devi's Eyes of Death. They recently had to fight these unknown creatures and then Seraph, who was dangerously wounded but still alive, saw his parents in his mind, who were slaughtered by Devi. They told him that Devi was corrupted by an evil source and that his actions weren't his own. Seraph raced off to find Devi before D-Arcane did (otherwise D-Arcane would use the evil in Devi to become even more powerful). Arcane broke the pendant he was wearing, causing a vortex to make them vanish (presumably killing them). Seraph was able to use the Eyes of Life's ability, Purifying Gaze, to force the evil out of Devi, and now he's going blind (a side effect of having the Eyes of Life/Eyes of Death).

Nanami face Aero but she was stiff, she left like her heart was broke peering down to the baby he too felt lost and empty â€œWe...better get movingâ€ Nanami said slowly, her tail whipped out and slithered on the ground, her blue bat-like wings rose up ready to fly â€œComing?â€ her voice was so soft that Scorpion and Aero had to lean in to hear her, the baby crawl leisurely to her, she pick him up â€œI know you are upset, but donâ€™t worry I am here for you, Lexâ€ the baby look at her, they both know it was forbid to name a hatching if it wasnâ€™t own hatch but Nanami didnâ€™t care, she felt that he was like her son â€œLets goâ€.

Devi: I'm positive. *puts one of his claws over his eyes, and Scorpion, Aero and Nanami can hear his scream of pain*

Seraph: *receives Devi's eyes, and his vision returns, with his Eyes of Life now a bright, shining blue* Devi... thank you.

Devi: It's... it's no problem.
