I cried when my fish, Chihuahua, died the other day.
He'd always come to the front of the tank when I'd play the piano cuz he knew he was gonna get fed.
I miss him. :'(

awwwwwww, dont get fish, they die too easily and they look too helpless.
if you want a pet, dont get a one that dies easily AND is cute.

Aye my Bird died just about a week ago, and they are hard to let go and keep healthy. Cant do surgery on them or anything, so its hard to help them.

my bird died a few years ago, it was due to a flying accident. but she was a parakeet, and they aren't to hard to take care of.
now i have a dachshund named amber.

Yeh, I had a baby hermit crab and it died about 3 months ago. he or she was tiny! I named it tiny beacause it was about the size of an human pekee finger. :'(

Here's what helped me get through it when my Samoyed died when I was only 8. In fact, we're considering putting down our Golden Retriever down soon. Oh well, at least my Golden Retriever will be back with her friend. Those 2 were inseparable when my Golden Retriever was younger:

Don't look upon death as the end, but rather, the beginning of a new journey, one that they must take alone. It may be tough, but at least they're in a better place.

It's still sad. No matter how you think of it.

I still walk by the piano and freak out because I think I havn't fed chihuahua for a long time.

My pet Greyhound,Windy,was hit by a car 2 years ago.I cried for 3 days,I loved her so much.We had her for 10 years.We rescued her. She was a retired racer.I still cry for her every once and a while,because I shared a special bond with her. :'( :'( :'( Now we have a Labrador named Sydney,and I don't feel sad anymore.And for some reason I always listened to The Fray Over My Head, but music never got my mind off of Windy.So that is why you cry when your pets die,because everyone shares a special bond with their pets. wink
