Mario Kart DS Confusion!!!
So, I've just recently gotten into playing Mario Kart DS again, and I have a weird problem. I had a copy before the one I have now, and on the old copy, I could play on local multiplayer (I never played with anyone who had another game card, nor did I play over the internet) and had the option for all tracks. My parents and all friends who played with me when I was younger are witnesses, so I'm not delusional (not THAT delusional, at least). Can someone tell me how this happened and how I could possibly do it again? Thanks!

Is multiplayer not working altogether, or can you only select a few tracks?
