Eternal life
What if a human scientist had made a discovery. A potion or something that can fix or repair your blood cells or biological body to stay new and fresh forever and ever, aslong as you drink it at that certain time etc.
Since we only have one body one life. Imagine if that could work ![]()
Although then the problem would be overpopulation.
There even have been mythological tales of a fountain that will make you young if you drink from it
Just curious to what you think about it ![]()
You can think of the elves from Lord of the Rings. They can die, but only if they are killed. But live forever aslong as they dont get killed. So its a form of being immortal.

I'd rather get old and die, thanks.

Re: Eternal life
i first thought the thread was going to be about eternal life, as in, Heaven.
but life here on earth... well, you have to consider a few things here. more time on earth means more time to do good things here on earth. but on the other hand, i deal with a lot of crap here on earth, i would NOT want to put up with this world all the way until its end (which hopefully won't be for awhile yet!) but i would be willing to put up with it if it ultimately yielded good results somehow. so i'd only want to be on earth that long if i could do something useful with that extra time.

Re: Eternal life
I wouldn't mind living forever, but to be honest no one is immortal unless it's fantasy or science fiction.
I have changed my username from Justin Long Fanatic to EricChristianOlsenFanatic, so Justin Long Fanatic is my old name on this site, and EricChristianOlsenFanatic is my new one.

Re: Eternal life
We would have an (even bigger) population and resource problem and eventually the world would be unable to support human life... Even without that, I personally wouldn't want to use it; staying alive that long sounds boring

Re: Eternal life
I think it'd be depressing. I'd shoot myself in the head and still live. Just ... uhg.
