It's okay. With Google Chrome you can right-click and can choose to translate the whole page into English.
The website is legitimate, but I feel you can find a nicer deal somewhere else. Just be glad you're not in Puerto Rico. I have a friend who livs there and their electronics prices are double, or more than double, the normal sale value.

Also, when paying try to pay with something like Paypal for buyers protection so if its not what you expected and they won't refund, Paypal (Sometimes...) have your back.
