I actually saw them right away. 
There are two of them in the stack behind the guy. I wonder if they just got a stack of the cheapest games possible for that scene, haha.
Can't think of any references or cameos besides the obvious ones in Crash and Ratchet and Clank. 
Actually, I can't even think of what those references would be. I don't think Spyro ever got popular enough to be referenced very often.

I noticed the Spider-Man game wedged in between the two Enter the Dragonfly's. Man that game brings back memories. In terms of Spyro references in other media, the only thing I can think of is musical references like the Amanda Show credits, etc.
I mean there is a cameo of him in Crash Twinsanity...but I think everyone knows that at this point...

Sequels to animated movies usually do suck honestly, BUT How to Train Your Dragon 2 was a totally different story. I actually thought it was a little better than the original.
