You know, when a certain family member caught me laughing at bat fart sounds, they thought it was the stupidest thing ever. So you may have a point.

if Clock-la's school's filters are anything like the ones in my town's school district, SpyroForum would probably get blocked for that.

one time dictionary.com got blocked for extreme language or something.

My school district filter just blocks stuff it doesn't find 'educational' enough. It's kind of sucky though, because it doesn't block some websites that aren't educational at all (randomness.com isn't blocked for some reason) and it blocks some educational websites. It never says exactly why. When you try to access a blocked website, it says something like "The *blocked for privacy* School District has determined that this site does not contain an acceptable number of student resources." on this big orange screen. Spyroforum's blocked. I have no idea how the district determines what websites are educational and what websites aren't. The filter epically fails when it comes to some websites.

I think it's because blocking programs search for certain keywords, and if a website has a minimum number of those keywords then it is added to the block list.

I should try accessing giantbatfarts.com at school tomorrow. Maybe I'll also try going to fart.com, and some other fart-related websites, so I can see if your theory is probably true. I'll also try out some other toilet-related words as well.
