Besides the Spyro games, Crash Team Racing and Crash Bash were some of my favorites, too. Paranoia and I have a two player save on Crash Bash that we probably started about ten years ago, and we just beat the last few minigames we were struggling with last summer. Some of those games are really hard.

Oh also, Dance Dance Revolution Konamix on the PS1 was my first DDR game. Too bad every single DDR pad we've ever owned, including one that cost over $200, has broken. T__T

Sadly I didn't own a PS1 but I love all the Spyro games for the PS1 as well as DDR. I wish I had owned a PS1 as a kid, the only systems I owned where a Super Nintendo and a Nintendo 64.

I think they should release PsOne game pack that contains 10 games for 50€-100€.

I already have Spyro 2 Gateway To Glimmer, Spyro Year Of The Dragon, Crash Bandicoot and Crash Team Racing but I'd like to buy another copy of them since at least spyro 2 has already messed up sounds in some parts.

I also had some scratched CDs (ex. Crash bandicoot 3), so I loaded all my CDs into pc, so they won't get damaged.

I could buy those games from psn store BUT European psn store doesn't have Spyro games. Crash Bandicoot games are there I think but I'd still prefer the actual cd versions.

Sadly I don't own any of the original Spyro The Dragon Games. But they along with the original Crash Bandicoot games and some Final Fantasy's would have to be my fave's.

In Crash Team Racing Time Trials how do people beat N. Tropy + Nitrous Oxide. In Crash Cove my fastest time is around 1:41:50 and it's not enough for beating N. Tropys time.
Then I searched for some highscores from internet and found that many has beaten the track in about 1:24:00 or even faster. ????? My time is 20 seconds slower and I thought I was fairly good in this game. Are those people using cheats? can anyone help me?

they must be experts, i mean my bro saw somone to the last boss on devil may cry 4 hardest mode getting no hits.

N. Oxide isn't too hard to beat. The trick is to powerslide a lot.

I've only beaten N. Tropy a few times using pretty much the same strategy. My brother, Paranoia, is a pro at CTR though, so he's beaten him a lot.

It's possible some of those people are using cheats. I think emulators have ways of speeding things up.

It is not that hard... you just have to practise a lot. I and my brothers have beaten him on all tracks without cheats. btw my favourite track is Slide coliseum. smile
EDIT: oh and don't forget to use shortcuts, there are even some unofficial, which oxide don't use

I try to use shortcuts as much as possible but some of them are hard to get to. And some of them you can't get in time trials (slide colosseum if I remember right). I beated N Tropy in Roo's Tubes on first try. I need to gather few friends for CTR tournament vs mode. I have played with one friend and my brother and they have troubles beating me on arcade mode. But of course I'm not unbeatable. Also my friend wanted to buy CTR from me but I didn't sell it. I told him it can be found in psn store.

I'll give you a few tips, which may help you a little bit:
When you are sliding, try to get the bar filled as much as apossible and use up all 3 boosts - it will give you extra speed for longer time.
In Sewers speedway (or how it is called) try to slide on the higher part of the tube (near the finish). It is quite hard to explain...but you will get much higher speed if it is done correctly.
In oxide station, N Tropy has (at last on my CD) too hard time for opening his ghost - even better than oxide I think. So there you may have to use the giant shortcut, not sure if you know the shortcut.
EDIT: I almost forgot about one useful thing: When you are in the air try holding [], V and then < or > you will then turn quite unnaturaly in the air, which is very useful for example in cotrtex castle. It is also possible to make it on the ground - it is useful on turbo track at that part with 3 x 90° curves (hope you know what I mean).
btw Roo's Tubes was also the first place where we beated N Tropy (I think my younger brother found out that there are ghosts in time trial)

I was on psn store looking for games. And... I maybe buy Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back, Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped and Medievil. Kula world would be nice too. There are many psone games I want. But I'm not sure if I buy any.

I was playing CTR with my brother and friend in vs mode and every map looked slightly different.

Edit: also a weird glitch happened in Hot Air Skyway. Dingodile fell of the track and spawned every time outside the track.

Maybe scratched disc... but mine is scratched a lot and it had never happened to me. (I even had to use clone cd to get backup to pc, because oter apps were unable to skip bad sectors)

It was weird that in arcade mode the maps are normal and has everything that should be in there but in vs most of the maps had something different.

Examples:

1. Dino Mines didn't have those pillars in the tunnel before finish line

2. Hot Air Skyway was missing those zeppelin things

3. N. Gin Labs the super boost tunnel was shaped square not round

4. Slide Colosseum the tires on the edge of the map were square

5. Sewer Speedway the doors in the end were squares not round

Can you check from your game are the maps different in vs and arcade?
