Due to not being able to keep up with what is going on on a previous thread,we were forced to make this one.
And here's the real situation.
When I saw him on Christmas with a friend,I said "hi" to them and he responded louder than needed and he was staring at the ground.When I was about two to three meters past them,he laughed really loud.

Kindly explain this phenomenon.
