Favorite Games

Okay, there's a thread about games you are currently playing, this is for your favorite games of all and say why you like them so much!

For me,
Top Favorite Game Series~

1. Spyro - Childhood game, never going to forget.

2. Elder Scrolls - These are always good, fun quests, so much to do, and custom players, you can do everything in a more different way for each different player you make!

3. Halo - Halo was the game that made me want to get an Xbox and get off the Playstation life.

4. Tomb Raider - I'm big fan of puzzles, so what?

Other Favorites~

Dynasty Warriors - only got one but my favorite army VS army type of game.

MK - Common 1v1 game, right?

Sims - Playing with life is always fun.

Edit~

Stronghold Series - Fun game about building a castle/army and attacking enemy's.

Black-&-White - Playing as a god is fun, right?

Re: Favorite Games

Spyro and Jazz Jackrabbit.
I also like Kirby, Mario, and a lot of the other primary or secondary colored mascots.

Yo, Spyro
I'm really happy for you, but Jazz Jackrabbit is one of the best platformers of all time.

OF ALL TIME!

I highly recommon getting the other Elder Scrolls before Skyrim. Daggerfall and Arena will be easy cause Bethesda had put them up as free download. Morrowind you will need to buy.
As for Redguard and Battlespire,  I truely have no idea where to get them other then Ebay though they ain't as good as the others.

If you get any of the old ones, make it Daggerfall. So far Daggerfall is the best one of all of them (But weak graphics, it is from 1996.)

I read a huge article on just how the game engine works.

One map on BF3 has thousands of light nodes scattered about in the right
areas to make near-perfect lighting on the maps. One of those light nodes
holds enough memory for an entire BF:Bad Company 2 level, which are
very large in size.

Jets are finally back, even in multiplayer. Also, from what I read,
multiplayer servers [both console and PC] will have 64 players per server.

There's just too much to talk about, I'll shut up.

Re: Favorite Games

Yes but Swaffy is saying Battlefield 3 is amongst is favourite games, good shouldn’t cut it. Besides the game could still suck, no one knows because it's not out yet. Battlefield 3 should be on your "most anticipated" list.

All RPGs are addictive depending on you. For me, I prefer RuneScape over world of Warcraft mainly due to RS actually load and work fine on my Dial-Up + RS is a lot cheaper.

Though I prefer Elder Scrolls over both. XD. Need a Elder Scrolls Online Game.

Cheaper as in free. WoW only costs £9.99 which is affordable and worth the price mainly because of the size of the world and the amount of content.

RS membership is 4.99 for me though it is still smaller than WoW but is still worth the price, my opinion. I am also fond (I think that's the right word) of RS's lore just as I am fond of ES's lore.
