Some help please

Hey people, im in a little bit of a pickle caused by me being a dumb@$$, I was (IDIOTICALLY without thinking) trying to receive some attention at school and pulled out quite some hair, and now ts left me with I stinking bald patch, anything I can do to help?
This was around a week ago, give or take.

Gosh im an IDIOT.

EDIT: Btw when I pull out my hair it dosen't hurt AT ALL, just sort of numbness later.

Wait, are you anxious or stressed about school in general? I know of someone who used to do that and pulled her hair as a way of relieving stress - certainly an unhealthy thing to do.

Umm, for the immediate situation, you can't do much. Don't try super hair growth products or anything lol. And I don't think a wig is any better.

There is some things at school i'm stressed about, like tests and whatnot, along with relationships with my friends, so I sometimes DO pull out my hair in stress.

Did I forget to mention it didn't hurt AT ALL?

Don't seek attention for one, I'd say. Being in the centre of attention is horrible because everyone picks up on your tiniest flaw/s. It's better to slip around on the sly.

Just shave the rest off. That's what my dad did when he started balding. It looks a hell of a lot better than having a bald spot.

If you're a guy, you can shave your head bald. Of course, to make the baldness nice a person needs to have a PERFECTLY round head.

However if you're a girl; more trouble. Either wrap around a bandage and pretend you hurt yourself, or try to adjust a hairstyle that will fit with the bald patch.
But if you are sick and tired of it all, drop down a few bucks and tell a hairdresser to do it for ya.

thats all i can suggest at the moment, i might update if more comes to mind.

Not EVERY school in Europe is like that, in my school we were allowed to wear hats outside of the classroom.

The "hats off" rule isn't regionally exclusive - it's a common rule in many schools everywhere. I think the reason has to do with identity and security. If a camera catches a student doing a criminal activity, it's harder to identify said person with the hat on. Or perhaps this hats rule has more archaic origins that date back to the old days where hats were closely associated with acts of courtesy. I'm not too sure myself.

As it happens, my school originally included a hat in the uniform. It was traditional to tip your hat whenever passing the warden's house. This means that I always feel a little awkward.

My advice is to comb it over if you can. To be honest, it sounds like you're moulting. Happens to the best of us, of course. Makes you feel slightly like a dog, though.

We actually can't wear hats in school either. It's "Disrespectful to the Teachers and a constant distraction from learning." Or at least that's what it said in the student handbook the principle gave me after wearing my soviet union hat (lulz, true story).
