Nadia and Marlowe looked at each other and chuckle a bit then Marlowe looked at Spyro and Cynder "Spyro and Cynder will you fight beside me and the Black Templars for the freedom of Alavar?" holds out both his hands and smiles behined the helmet

Jack really had no idea on what he could plan next...this gambit of fighting Malefor was a heavy risk along with another threat, Humans could at any time be also a factor as they share the tools to kill of anyone in a mass strike of War.

It was wise however to allow Spyro to finish his element training before assuming capture but the risk of losing him was enough to send him into frenzy of slaughter, he had recalled through that he was able to gather data on many of said kid's emotions. When Jack had cynder he had stated that only true love can break it...the reality was that was complete utter crap....however the spell did reveal that the child did hold feelings for her as-well as retrospect feelings for his mentor and such.

The Night of Eternal darkness begins he would no doubt strike fast and quick

(Okay boys, lets get back into action. College is done (well, the semester is.), so I got time to post now. Also, FYI, I will be heading to a steampunk convention on the weekend of the 20th, which is next week, so I may get more ideas for what to add in that area. Hoorah!)

Spyro landed next to the others with Cynder, still glancing back as Ignitus and Cyril mopped things. The dragon looked back to the others, just as Neo arrived. "What is so special about Dante's Freezer anyway? Why did they chose here to hold Volteer, and not a more hidden location?"

"It's because it is heavily fortified." HUNK answered. "When the Empire first arrive hundreds of years ago, they used the Freezer as their forward outpost. Barracks and forts dot the island, all connected by tunnels and pathways. You can't exactly reach the center without encountering resistance..."

"Let's not forget what Malefor is capable of." Neo grimly added. "The Freezer is filled with fallen soldiers from the days of old, some of which still walk the battlefields as Ghouls, beings who refuse to rest in peace. Malefor must of promised them vengence..."

"I never saw them when the Ice dragons mostly used these area's, I for one am disgusted on how they treated one of our sacred ruins" Cyril was being quite Pompous at the time

They stopped as they saw four of the medium swarm creatures up ahead, This time they seemed to have high scaled armour exposed on their backs and such maybe they were designed for special purposes.Cyril was ready before they shouted "STOP, We are here to ensure survival of clan..assuming direct orders...Escort" in a voice like combined with a ape and snake like vermin

Cyril glanced back as the swarm went up ahead..."They won't survive the ice, Only True Ice dragons from Me and Cynders, and even Spyro's Ancestry can withstand and use the Ice"

Suddenly something teleported Marx, Zaph, and Argil out of the ship The Ospray a Wizard sent a black ball at them exploding upon contact of them. There was not doubt they were dead "Gotcha arch rivals" Laughed the Wizard as he vanished into nothingness.

OOC: Due to complications in my life I am leaving the RP this time for good it's not up to me I just got so much going on. Argil and my other characters are no longer a part of this but you can do what you want with Borg. Marlowe heard the explosion "NOOOOO!" Marlowe says as a tear goes down his cheek "Argil i will avenge you." Marlowe says as he runs back to the main group and walks back to Cyril "Cyril something terrible happened we lost Argil to the enemy and i swear i will rip Jack's heart out with my bare hands!!!" Marlowe says as he sits down and was trumatized of the event as he goes into a state of shock then pulls himself back together and stands up "Lets go i want to kill the enemies of Malefor." Marlowe says as he gives a angery expression and pulles out his pistol and walks ahead of the group

Cyril glanced back and at the shock sighed "Lets not have their sacrifice in vain, they gave us time and took out most of the air combat" he stopped dead in the tracks as he saw a Corpse, or what was left of it hanging, he quickly shields Spyro and Cynder's eyes from this horror...It was Borg and from the looks his death had been a painful and slow one.

*His arms were broken and he was torn in few places, area's to ensure he would suffer pain* "He was killed by a dragoness, however from the looks of it after his death something came along and defiled the corpse"

Marlowe was still furious and wants to kill then notices the dead body hanging "Cyril what do you make of this?" Marlowe asks as he pulls out a light machine gun and loads a clip in but he starts to suffer from the effects of Dante's Freezer and he is getting frostbite "Cyril i feel not well." Marlowe says as he collapses on the ground

Cyril by now slapped himself on the face "Go on without me, i'll stay behind and take care of this child before he turns to a ice berg...Only a Ice dragon can survive these harsh extreme area's, You know the way ignitus" he then glanced at Spyro and Cynder "Spyro our training is far from over, when we get back the final part of your Ice training will begin" With that he turned and waited for them to leave.

Was it his fault that he let a innocent be corrupted by malefor? What choice did he have honestly, he recalled that time his behavior left a mark on Juneo, he let two innocent humans die at the cost of finding Information, he claimed he wanted a new peaceful world...and yet he found himself missing those actions each time....he was as cold sometimes at the Armour he wore that shielded him from the cold, his base body was covered with plating and only two shining lights that acted like eyes were enough to be considered his line of sight.

Spyro shook his head, still taking in those deaths. "Who could of done something like this? I-I.."

"This is your first time witnessing death?" HUNK asked.

"Well no, but...I knew these people." Spyro sighed. "Argil..he was there since we left the Marshes..."

"I see..." HUNK muttered. "Get used to it. I've seen many people die by the hands of others, most were people I know. This is war; survival is your responsibility..." He glanced back to where Marlowe and Cyril was. "If you don't adapt, you best be left behind..." He muttered.

"A grim fact of what war is..." Neo added.

Elsewhere...

Xira watched from a distance as they left, smirking to herself. It was her master's orders to kill Borg to make sure he doesn't mess things up again, and she had plans to stop them in their tracks. She soon flew off, barely visible to the average eye.

Cynder moved on, she shed a silent tear for the loss but she had to be strong and support the others, now wasn't the time for grief.

She was no sooner woken up to Reality when a Sword whacked her on the blunt side and made her fly into the icy snow, the sword came from a humanoid giant pulsing with strange parasites and a fully plated Armour body...A infected Ice King

Cynder slowy got up a bit dizzy from the attack.

"Prepare to die lizards" he roared, before moving his sword over to a door "Defeat me and claim your prize of a Dragon Master locked behind these doors, don't think it shall be easy as i have a present from a Mr.Wesker"

A giant Troll type creature unearthed from the snow, they were side by side and ready to attack

"Attack GIANTE!"

"What-what is that thing?" Spyro asked as he saw the Troll-like creature roar at them.

"El Gigante." Leon answered. "We encountered one back in Ebon. Apparently this thing was once human."

"Human?!" Ignitus seemed shocked. "What could caused such a mutation?"

"Plagas." HUNK simply answered as the giant came closer. He got into a battle stance and got his gun ready. "Keep attacking it until the parasite comes out. Then, hit the plagas with everything you got."

"Spyro, Cynder, you deal with the Gigante. Neo and I will hold back the Ice King." Ignitus ordered.

Spyro regained confidence and nodded. "Right!" He got into a battle stance as well.
