Yeah, the flying i liked the most though. The powers sure yeah they were cool too but flying takes my number 1.

I like the flying in DotD, But I prefer flying+superflame in RR (Metropolis, 1st combination portal)

*litsens to everyone talk about DOTD* Pfft. Newbies.

Flying was best in the Speedway levels of the original games. Only thing I wish was the ability to make Spyro Loop De Loop and "DO A FREAKIN BARREL ROLL!".

My fav. ability is SuperCharge from the original games, fun and challenging. big_smile

Infinite fireball ability in Spyro 2. If you've never heard of it, tough luck, you aren't a proper Spyro fan.

First thing I did was go to the swamp level, with the monks who fly and the faulty fountain, and snipe those Elephants. That made me feel good...

I went and destroyed those annoying earth shapers in... can't remember level was the one with the annoying bagpipes playing fawns. Yeah fracture hills is the level. This level was pretty short to me although i had to mute the volume on my tv can't stand bagpipes >_<.

OMG, I loved Fracture Hills to death! Online on sites I always say that I live there. Magna Cone was annoying as hell though, took me years before I figured out you could destroy the Earth Shapers there by pushing them onto the "X". Otherwise I'd try to get past them and they'd squish me like a squeaky toy sad .

My favourite abilities were Supercharge in the old ones, and flying in DotD. If it doesn't have to be spyro's ability then i would say Cynder's shadow strike in DotD... saved me a lot of times in co op.

Fav Ability... superflame is cool n all but I like the head bash really... I know its not really an ability.... but I like the move the best... it just fun to head bash into something and watch break or flatten or whatever...

If you guys don't count that as an ability then I'll go with the a tie between Supercharge and Superflame.

Splash damage? I dunno, but they just looked awesome and really destructive. I like how the controller vibrates and the game shakes when they bomb the ground. THEY NEED TO COME BACK

I could be mistaken them for Cynders poison bombarding in DOTD hmm ... but yeah I could of sworn that they had splash damage... Splash damage: when the main projectile explodes it may also launch shrapnel or a secondary projectile that will explode after the main one causing more area effective damage... just in case people didn't know what splash damage meant. Also think of it as throwing a rock into a pool of water and how it splashes afterward.

Besides... I do believe Spyro's secondary breathe in ANB was pretty useful... not as cool as the green destructor orbs mind you but, it did get the job down, if not make the whole screen entirely shrouded in smoke <_< ...

Ugh, now I want to play Spyro 2 again... thanks a lot ratchet <_< [\sarcasm].

LOl, yeah i think the main purpose of them was splash damage. They were like an awesome cluster grenade bomb.
