Okay, I bred for a Zubat which had the nature I wanted. Anyways, I now developed a good combination for it, which is Double Team, Toxic, Mean Look, and Brave Bird.

What should I breed next...

Shininess depends on IVs? I never knew that; I thought it was all random....

Haha, I don't bother with IVs at all.... The only time I've ever paid any attention to them was when my Espeon just happened to get the right hidden power, and that was all luck. I can't get into it enough to really bother past natures and EVs.

Don't worry, none of mine are level 100 yet either, I'm concentrating on completing the Pokedex first. Only got about 25 more to get, and those are things like the johto starters and some version exclusive ones. I also need Celebi, Deoxys, Mew and Manaphy, I managed to get Jirachi.

Special event legendaries such as Darkrai, Shymin and Arceus are pretty hard to get outside of the USA and Japan, and even then it's difficult due to having to wait for the special events to take place. As a result I'm one of the ones guilty of cheating. I use the Action Replay to get the ones impossible for me to get without travelling to one of these events or buying a bunch of other games to earn them that way, then get the rest through legitimate means. Alternatively you can find someone on the internet that has the pokemon, then trade them to yours. Chances are that pokemon if its rare will also be cheated and they'll ask for a stupidly hard pokemon to obtain with a very high level for it in return, but it's possible.
