10. Orta (Panzer Dragoon Orta, an AWESOME japanese game)
9. Spyro (No flaming please!!!)
8. Bowser (Mario obviously)
7. Pikachu (Pika?)
6. Grovyle (Pokemon mystery dungeon 2. He is so cool...)
5. Tails (Sonic again)
4. Sonic
3. Mio (Fatal Frame 2, another totally awesome japanese game)
2. Mayu (Fatal Frame 2 again, man that is a creepy game)
1. Shadow (cause shadow PWNS Sonic!!!)

Mayu and Mio would have been at the front of the list if Shadow the hedgehog and Sonic Adventure 2 weren't so freaking awesome.
Very few people know what Fatal Frame is, so I'll tell you. It's a Japanese game about two Japanese twin sisters who get lost in a haunted village. There, they find a magic camera that takes pictures of impossible things and can be used to 'kill' ghosts. There are also a lot of strange, glowing red butterflies flying around the dark village, hence the name "Fatal Frame: Crimson Butterfly"

In summary, It's awesome.
