Ah fair point, oh well thats another plothole, or mabye as leia is a jedi its some kind of force memory? lol i havnt talked about star wars like this in years XD

It is a genuine plothole. George Lucas made 'A New Hope' before he'd even thought up the idea of the next two films, let alone the prequel trilogy. When 'A New Hope' was released they hadn't even started writing 'The Empire Strikes Back' and the statement Obi-Wan gives at the time: "Your Father was killed by a young Jedi called Darth Vader" was completely accurate, for that was the original story that he had planned. He only even named it 'Episode IV' once it was a success.

Well in terms of the prequel trilogy I thought he knew that there were gonna be three earlier films, but for his own reasons wanted to make the last three first....I don't know if it was because he wanted to wait until the film industry became more advanced or he just did it out of the random idea to do so...

He started with the original 3 he didnt originally plan for the prequel trilogy. So i guess thats why there are large plotholes.

Well seeing as how none of it makes sense...I mean why the heck would you start with episode IV instead of I.......maybe that does give credit to the fact that Lucas and his crew were all on drugs when they thought this stuff up.

That and he pretty much has his company doing the sounds for every movie out there...(Skywalker Sound+Industrial Light and Magic)....so the guy is pretty freaking rich.

Yeap that scream where the Stormtrooper falls off the balcony thing in Episode 4, thats the most used sound in all of film making.

Did you that the Millenium Falcon design was based on a burger that George Lucas ate when he was coming up with the designs? And that the random sideways cockpit was an olive that was sticking out of the side of it? Lol, that bit of trivia made me laugh! XD

Lol XD brillaint, Tantive 4 was going to be The falcon at first and the falcon was going to be the blocade runner, but it was decided to switch them around which is good.

That just further backs up my theory that Lucas was in no way a genius....he was just mentally insane at the time and it happened to work out for him.

That scream is used in thousands of movies and shows

Most good ideas can come from something completely random. The Daleks for example, they were deisgned from a pepper pot on the day the deisgn was meant to be submitted and look at them now. A true british icon big_smile

That makes me feel so much better knowing that morons actually come up with all the good ideas first thus basking in the glory that I wish hard working people could attain.

Ok i admit it was lucky for both lucas and the person who designed the Daleks that they got away with rushing their designs but whats done is done and nowadays people take more time into their designing of objects for film or something.
