I don't mind the opinion. I'm just saying, they can say their opinion once but instead it's harassing the Cynder Fanbase.

Do you understand that if you feed the troll even by commenting into its actions, it will grow? If he wants to harass a VIDEO GAME character, let him have fun. It wont hurt anyone.

well, Cynder is another one of those....'needed' characters in the Spyro Series, and I do believe that she was a necessary ...'Evil', if I may, in TLoS.

But if you feel that way it's either because A. fans have overhyped her to death or B. everyone realized by DotD she wasn't a very good character.

personally, I found that they improved her /somewhat/ for that game alone, although playing as her was incredibly fun. I do definitely find her overhyped, but then again, she is the first female dragon of spyro's age to actually have a personality besides "OMFG I LUV SPYRO SO MUCH<333 HE"S MAH BOIFRIEND EVEN THOUGH HE AVOIDS ME" (aka Ember)

Cynder is such a stereotypical character for me... i can even imagine what the fans think of her... ugh...

Even when this sounds ridiculous, i think that the overhype of Cynder has made her bad. She could been a good character like the whole tLoS would have been. Sigh.

Personally I liked Cynder better as enemy than an ally/damsel in distress. I think that the fanbase for Spyro found something to ride on and it's only gonna get worse from here on in, especially if she's in the next game. e_e

Yeah me to. I would preferred if Cynder had stayed evil both ANB and TEN, she didnt play a very big part imo. They could have easily done ANB and TEN without Cynder turning into a "damsel in distress".

I think ANB had a good story, but a bad execution.

Well, some fans say that Cynder became a Mary-Sue because EL probably changed her personality, and they prefer ANB and TEN Cynder.

Heck I would have enjoyed it much much more if she was the enemy up until the very end of DotD....and then instead of all this cliched nonsense she would have chosen a better path for herself and turned on Malefor or something of the sort.....all of the little needless stuff in ANB and TEN would have at least looked more intriguing in the fact of an emotional battle within herself to do what's right...

Well your option is less clichy than the one THEY chose. After thinking a little, what they could have done, i think that tLoS could have been a great success. Cant you create something not-so-clichy and still "epic" enough from being the "last" dragon whelp, who has to desperately search for the guardians? The thing that you actually would needed to SEARCH for the guardians is enough to make the game very much better (longer levels ect). The game was so linear that heck it would been better if they would just given up and placed signs like "Guardian here" or "Enter here to kill this extremely easy boss to free the guardian".

Makes me sick to talk for A new beginning...

I prefer ANB/TEN Cynder. She had good characterization, two great voice actors, a subtler back story that made sense, great character design (both versions), and made an excellent villain/princess/friend for Spyro. Her DotD version...well... she has a sudden change of personality, became a Mary-Sue and had a voice actor who had little experience in voicing a character.
