Enough with the "lol theory" man...it's old now. I really don't care where lol goes in a sentence.

Yeah. Now, it's just girls who mainly use it. They are usually saying, "Oh
mA GAwD, TahT bWOy iS SuCH Uh cuTiE! LOL!!!1!"

... stereotypically. But I have, fortunately, not seen much stuff liike that
here on S.F.

I would have to agree with the lol theory. I say "lol" occasionally, but not in every sentence like some people. tongue

[cough]wolfgurl[cough]

I try to never use the "LoL" term. It fairly annoys me when used a tad too
much. These days, many words and terms are overly used. For example,
the words "gay" and "dude". And "God", which is a total disgrace to the Lord.
People are pretty much using His name as a curse word. [I'll stop there.]

Peace.

Blah, I don't see the point in "school pictures". I always hated them when I was in school.

My cousins who are also Christians frown on using the Lord's name in vain, but as it stands, everyone else would believe otherwise (myself included). I don't feel any guilt in saying those terms in such "offensive" situations myself. I've never even heard of "dude" being offensive. Talk to the beach bums for that kind of slang.
I wouldn't frown to society as a whole for using those terms, since society doesn't have to follow by the rulebook of one religion. IMO, I'd be only concerned about people within your own group. For example, a Christian using "God" as a curse. But to everyone else outside the religious group, it shouldn't be of concern to them.

My argument-sense is tingling. Though that said, no doubt you people will move on in a matter of hours.

Dude, calm down lol.

I admit you do have a point, but I fail to see why it's so annoying lol, they're just WORDS, jesus. True, the word 'gay' is over-used and out of context, and as a derogatory term for something that's natural, which does rub me a bit but then someone trying to hug me has me slamming their head on a wall lol. 'Dude' is fine, honestly. It's a word, general use word. That's like saying people use the word "me" or "I" or "and" too much lol.

Re: General Discussion - 2

Oooh... A homosexuality arguement. That would be fun and controvesial. I'm on the gay team!

:-P  Seriously, I want an arguement. Any takers?

You can make a new topic for DEBATING if you truly wish to do so, but we don't want debating in this topic. BUT we don't want any arguements, bickers, or flame wars whatsoever.

Re: General Discussion - 2

Oh all right. A debating topic it is. I have too much angriness for my own good sometimes.

Actually I'm too lazy to start ANOTHER topic.

Re: General Discussion - 2

[ Off the "subject" (like there is one...) ]

I just got finished with updating my website. I was adding some pictures,
and saw this one. I though it would make most of you laugh.

When I was attempting to make a Type5 [Chinese rifle, similar to an M1
Garand] sniper version, the animations went wrong. Somehow the gun
didn't want to attach to the soldier's hands, and got stuck in the middle if
the soldier. Just floating in an awkward spot...

I'm not going to continue the homosexuality, uh, "argument," so I just made a little change to my signature.

Has anyone here read Silverwing by Kenneth Oppel?
