*Laughs* Good bring him back to life before its too late. Bring him back before 2012. When its 2012 call it off if you dont bring him back! By then he would pass on to another place. Some where, where all good games go after they are gone. When that happenes ill be in a nice dark corner and start to fade away to the darkness.

Re: HOW LONG WILL SPYRO LAST
Well don't worry. Spyro himself may be the hero of the story, but we, the noble fan, is what keeps him going.

if your as skilled as you say you are Ratchet, then age shouldn;t really be an issue! Well, maybe, but you could let your skills do the talking for you!

i guess im making game designing sound tons easier than it really is but hey, why I said 17? like that is because i'll still be in school by then (so i dont have much time to do stuff) and i realy dont think i'll have the money to do it then, if i was going to make a spyro game, we're looking at 2020 (because i need practise first [i'll probably try and get a job at a simpler game company])

Were doomed...wait wait think positive....happy thoughts happy thoughts...CYnder is a happy thought to me
I will beleave in you guys. When you finish the game, I volentire to test it for you for free!!! I'de be galde to help you guys, but i have no game makeing skills what so ever. I am just now in a web design class tho if that helps any. when i become eighteen. Let me know if you need my help. I'll be gald to help you guys make a new Spyro game! You would justhave to give me a little training on how to program the game. I think ill do a servay at my school to find out how many people play Spyro and if they would like to see a new game that was made by the fans, or if they would like to play that kind of game. But id be more then happy to help out...when im 15. We must never give up hope. You guys are correct. Spyro may die out, but the fans will keep it going.

Well good to see that you have hope! Still, I'd like to test my own games thanks. Still, thanks for the offer. Also, who says that you neeed to be 18 to design games? You don't even need to be 18 to get them published if enough online gamers like it!

Re: HOW LONG WILL SPYRO LAST
Spyro is one of those game characters that can't die... he survived the ps1-ps2 crossover maybe not with flying colors (game sales...) but look at him now! He has a great new trilogy going for him, a new look, and a new story to tell. And unlike crash he won’t just fade out.
And to some of those people who think games can only go so far... just look at Mario, samus (metroid), sonic . Their all still alive and well. So I don’t THINK spyro will live forever... i KNOW he will!
WHEN IS los 3 COMING OUT?!?!
AHHHHHH!

Re: HOW LONG WILL SPYRO LAST
Spyro is garunteed a sequel to Eternal Night. The game developers already promised it, and the studios renewed project rights with the design company. What becomes of the series after the A New Beginning Series is a mystery.

Re: HOW LONG WILL SPYRO LAST
Spyro probably is reaching its end, after this current trilogy is over we might have seen the last of our purple friend....unless by some miracle Insomniac buys him back...

Re: HOW LONG WILL SPYRO LAST
The problem with Spyro is that once people work his past, that's etched in stone, and as he seems to be forever small, he can only go in one direction, unlike Mario, samus (metroid), sonic, he still has to grow, and once it happend once it will continue to happen till his end...ill give him 7 years unless someone pulls somethingamazing out of their asssssaaaammmmmmeeeeerrrrrrrr...... hat

Crash bandicoot sucks as long as his with the Weirdoes From RAD entertainment, those guys make good games but they mucked up and killed drash bandicoot, just as much as Krome killed spyro but atleast Krome made an excuse... "its a new timeline"!
yeah, insomniac wont make another game, but a good game developer might

Re: HOW LONG WILL SPYRO LAST
I'd want it to last longer, but given the current decline in quality of the games I don't expect the series to survive the next 5 years.
The third game of "The Legend of Spyro" either has to be really good, which I honestly doubt, or a possible game after that has to revive the Spyro series and make it a popular game again if it is to continue.

Re: HOW LONG WILL SPYRO LAST
yes, i agree. Besides, I'm probably going to become a GD and make a spyro game in 10-15 years with all the people here who want to be GDs.

Re: HOW LONG WILL SPYRO LAST
Everything must have a concluding story. I voted "forever." The first storyline has ended, and now we have the second - the Legends. If the legend will end, there will be another storyline. I do like the legends though.
