Do you bring your Cell Phone to School?

I Do mainly everyday now
Its never went off so thats a good thing
My friends went off 3 times this year :-P

So do you bring your cell phone to school?

well I don't have a cell phone but all the kids who have one in our school bring their cell phones. in fact they just helped our teacher download music to her new cell the other week. Pluss last wednesday our teacher was talking to i don't even know who on hers during history.

No, I don't have one. But almost all the preppy and "popular" girls do (and also some boys). This one boy at my school is ALWAYS getting his phone took away, 'cause its always going off during class. XD

I have a cell phone, but I've only been bringing it around with me since I started sixth form college (equivalent to 11th-12th Grade). Nowadays I take it around to University as my only means of contacting home.

I have a cell phone and take it to school every day - two times it happend to me that it rang during the lesson,
but the teachers didn't care about it^^

Å½ Â· Detentions are almost not existent here in my country, but sure when you're caught using cellphone improperly during class, you could say goodbye to it until Friday! Heh. That happened to me only once, and let me tell you, it's hard without a cell phone around especially if (according to my country) your home is far away from your house and you're getting picked up by your parents.

Å½ Â· Well it really depends on one's usage. I personally use it only for necessities (lots of things going on when commuting >_>), and I also seldomly use it to contact friends, most of the time for important uses, but sometimes only for announcements (unecessary ones)

I used to think the same. But if a mobile is your only means of contacting home like it has been for me for the past two and a half years, that's the thing. I think it depends more on your level of responsibility rather than trying to be cool or not.
