I have to say no,it could have been better, and it get boring after a while,the original were a little better.

I'd say it's the best Spyro game in Spyro's tenth anniversary. It has what the original trilogy didn't have and I love the characters and the incredible epic storyline.

Oh great another topic where we can all argue about which series is better....gah....what a headache. Made by Ratchet so he can bash anyone who thinks otherwise...lol..jk. Anyways I'll just say my piece and leave you too it.

Is it the best of the LOS series...most certainly......but overall.......the very first Spyro games has it beat. We will never really see a game that can be as good as that....and it's only gonna get harder as the years go on.

Kudos to whoever is the one to pull it off eventually.

it was the SADESS spyro game ever

and the most satisfactory ending... hmm... yes the story was better...

I don't know If I would go with such high ratings for all three LoS games...as enjoyable as they were...I think I liked ANB better then TEN...gameplay wise anyways....but yeah DotD still tops them both....though I don't think it as best as the original.

Just my oppionion though...I love em all...

As much as I appreciate your enthusiam about the new game..you're asking for a nice long discussion from a few of the fans on here lol....just giving you fair warning.

I don't think the game comes anywhere to nearing the popularity level of the originals...and it will be very hard for anyone to develop something as good as it.

I am a fan of the reboot and the games...but they still don't restore Spyro to his former glory...even though it didn't hurt it. A real developer who cares needs to get a hold on this franchise and put real pride into their work.

Anyways that's just what I think.

Yes, i agree, it is very unlikely that any other spyro game will break the popularity of the originals. But still, i am looking forward for that.
