you can play as your own character, but it has to be Spyro -related, 1, and 2, the character has to fit into the new storyline. So Bahumut (who is a character from the FF series ) would not work..sorry..

In response to your question Brom, Cynder will have Flame breath (which will turn green, then black) ice breath, which will turn red upon hitting an enemy , Breath of darkness , which surrounds the enemy and kills them though suffocation, and 2-3 more which i have not thought up yet. her attackks will be different from Spyro, although they will compliment his quite well..

I'm going to be cynder. Brom is going to be Spyro. That leaves, Sparx, Ignitus, Terrador, Cyril, Volteer, the Dark Master, and the narrator. Hope that helps.
