Well it is still on topic pretty much..despite the fact they have gone into debating just what series will continue in the future per say..but yeah that's all that Ratchet really takes pleasure in doing lol...some people enjoy trying to prove their opinion over everyone elses lol..but hey that's debating for you.

And RATCHET I did say pretty clearly in my statement that not all of you were like that...but as for controling your emotions lol...you may be able to do it in real life just fine lol..but on here you pretty much sound like an arrogant know it all...but that's just the way you enjoy typing of course.

Again I just go back to the point that this is a pretty anti-LoS forum..and that's not gonna change because of guys like Ratchet who do enjoy doing such things...but a debate is a debate after all.

And to Stormy yeah you would disagree most likely lol..even if we all knew the facts you would disagree with it...but I just say the truth that nobody wants to hear....and I also didn't say that YOU were angry...I just said most...I don't know why everyone always thinks I'm accusing them of it lol...if I don't say your name then don't worry about it....and as for the counterproductive part...they are prolly just saying that because when you guys do debate back all you do is constantly bash and bash the series...which yes is the point of the debate lol....but debates on this will always be one sided.

I do agree that the original games are far better then the new ones...but I take into account the 10 year time difference and the fact that at least someone attempted something rather then do nothing. To all the radicals who were just like.. "End the series...it's better then seein them ruin it with LoS.."....well I hate to tell you but things are always gonna change and things will always move on...but as for LoS..I really think that it could have turned out MUCH much worse.

When it comes down to it yes just about any attempt to debate over LoS and the originals is pointless. Everyone has their hearts set on one or the either...but we are not in control of what the developers are going to do in the future..unless you get really radical about it lol...they wanted to break away from the originals so they did...and I find that playing both series is a great way to spend a couple hours..both have high points and low points..but overall I wasn't that disappointed. Better then nothing at all..but that's just me.

Yeah, you're right: Arguing about it isn't going to change anyone's opinion. I just like to put in my two cents when someone makes a statement that I feel is incorrect.

Got that right... basically all I hear is (most) people complain about about the series, and I'm just tired of hearing about it. I mean, it's (most likely) over, get over it.... I don't like the originals much (sorry people), but you don't hear me going around complaining/bashing it all the time. And again, I'm just talking about the ones that do it all the time for "fun" as it seems.

Not everyone does, I don't get tired of hearing the opinions of TLoS fans. If you're tired of hearing it, go back to another discussion that doesn't involve disputing the direction a game series should take. You're in the "Future of Spyro the Dragon" section, which involves the Spyro franchise in general. We're not all going to agree here, if people want to complain to prove a point, so be it.

It doesn't matter in the end...their are two different series and no matter what happens people are ALWAYS going to debate about it...so long as they are there.

Each series will be viewed differently and everyone will have their own opinions. Again I am all up for everyone giving their opinions and everything..there is nothing wrong with a good debate...the only thing I don't enjoy seeing are those who use the idea of an "opinion" to post every single nasty thing they can.

Again you are free to say what you want to say...it is an open forum after all and everyone is entitled to it.....but I don't see nearly as many LoS fans going after the old series then Insomiac fans do against LoS...but again that's how it's going to be because those who have been dropped out of power will always take a stand against what's new...just like Politics for crying out loud...and that's always how it will be....debates will go on and everyone will continue to offer their "opinions". Nothing anyone can do.

The economic crisis at hand is certainly going to affect a lot...just as it has been for some time. Games are pretty expensive and of course far from everyone will be able to afford them....but the video game business in general is in no danger of disappearing...and I don't think Spyro will be disappearing. This new movie that is coming out soon will or will not show just how much interest there is in the series...that's why I think that the decision as to continue with LoS will be decided after the movie is out...but as for the economic issues...I'm not worried about the franchise disappearing.

You think he cares about harsh lol....and as far as I can see most people on here laugh plenty..and I'm pretty sure that LoS is the series that is still being made...so that's pretty funny to laugh at I know lol....but then again most people could really care less. Having a pet also extends your life by 4 years or something..

Haha...yeah...that's what I hear anyways. We can only find out when we finally bite the dust lol...but yeah it works for me too seeing as how we have several pets...but anyways yeah Malefor is over and done with I'm thinking...I wouldn't mind something like Malefor's unknown offspring or such....but I think that a new and fresh idea is needed.

Yeah just about any of those are possible to pull off...but I really think that they will try to drive away from anything that involves Malefor...just had three games dealing with him..I don't think we need more for now lol...oh...btw...you might want to reduce the size of your banner...I think they will get on you for it being too large..

Well I don't know about the giant evil rabbits lol...but Malefor should def be ruled out of the equation. Create something new with a different storyline...and hopefully one that will cater to all the fans in general...instead of causing such uproars...but then again so long as their is something different people will always speak up.

Eh, I just went over to the Sierra forums and GEZZ, i'm like the ONLY original Spyro fan there. You talk about here being overrun by original fans (But I think this forum has more fans for the TLOS games myself, or around equal) It's like TLOS heaven over there. Personally, I don't like it there. I say something Anti-TLOS and 6 TLOS lovers come to the rescue with statements like "You've never played them" or "That's just YOUR opinion"
...eh! I thought I might just say that.
But yeah, TLOS has Been alot about Malefor for now, I'd like to see what they would come up with. But IMPROVE GAMEPLAY FIRST!
