Cynder: Like our ten year separation. I'm just glad that Sipher's dead, and we have my father to thank for that. It's funny, I didn't think there was anyone who could've been more cruel than my father, but I was wrong. Sipher definitely was far more cruel, and he was also power hungry. My father wouldn't have come back and done that to Frost... but we would've lost Blaze. And we'd probably still be in this war, or worse, the Remnants would have won without your brother as the Resistance's leader. Then everyone would have been enslaved.

Cynder: Though it came at the pain of others... Blaze was tortured by Sipher, and no matter how much time passes since the torture... he'll always feel pain from that torture. Maybe, eventually to the point that he can't bear the pain anymore. And Frost... she was ravished.
