Who is the most overrated character in the series?

Who do you think the most overrated character in the Spyro series is (new or old). I think Cynder probaly is. Shes ok but i think she is very overrated.

Cinder was my favorite character. Extremely complex personality. I can see why you don't like her characteristic but saying she is overrated is a little extreme, LoL

How about this the head pirate would be an overrated character. His movements are terrible. If you read how they make characters in a game with computer graphic design you can see that the bird was connected to the shoulder and not an individual.

They should have done away with him and used a character who had a bit of creativity. For instance a dragon who looks like a bird that mocks Spyro. A bird that has fluid movements would be easer to sit on his shoulder and fly off when Spyro rams the bars of the prison cell. In that seen the head pirate stands close to the cell and would not be hard for the side effects to be realistic.

It is good for me that people are giving me correction. I accept it as every author and scientist should. However my word processor drives me up the wall with names from story's especially with my story's that i write.

There is not one post that I don't read over two to three times to be sure that I don't have it too long or in a way that it could insult people. Thats why I keep it within three paragraphs to keep it organized and easy to read. You can look at my other posts. They have hardly any typos or grammar issues.

Although i admire those who use shortened words, and slang e.t.c. I only use them if i cant think of a synonym to replace it. Mainly so i don't form bad habits.

she was in 2 games (one of them, she was only in once!)

Everyone loves Cynder. :roll eyes: There are way to many Cynder fans out there. It kind of starts to get annoying after a while. Before tLoS though, Ember was probably the most overrated

I'd definitely say Cynder. Look at the memberlist here: there are over 40 people with some form of "Cynder" in their usernames. The SpyroxCynder shipping fanatics are starting to get on my nerves as well; I mean, I see no "strong evidence" that they aren't, in fact, related.

She's not even really a major character; like I said, she might have a maximum of ten lines, yet everyone seems to adore her.

[sub]Like I said, just because he went to rescue her doesn't mean he's necessarily in love with her. And I was talking about the current games, not future ones. So far, her appearances (as young Cynder, at least) have been minimal; I just don't see how so many people practically worship the character.

I agree for the most part about Ember, but she's far less overrated than Cynder in my opinion. [/sub]

Ember. She had an even smaller role than Fredneck in AHT, and all you had to for her in SL was deliver bandit's love note to her.

Cynder had an important role in TEN, it was just smaller than her role in ANB. And she's a very important character in DotD.

Complex? How? She doesn't have enough lines to even have a personality. =/

A lot of characters have a few lines and still have personalities. Heck, Dr.Shemp didn't even talk, and he had a personality. (he was full of himself, thought)
