Re: If you could go to another Country?

why does everyone want to come to the USA? It's not that great here, there aren't enough jobs, and the price of everything is so inflated, and it seems something gets recalled every day. hmm But hey, I guess it's how you look at it.

But I would like to travel Europe, and go to Japan.

and my dad's gf went to europe not to long ago. I was like "Awwww man, why didn't you take me!?" XD But my mom would never go for it. She likes to be within a 10 mile radius of me. hmm

Re: If you could go to another Country?

The U.S.A is awesome. True the economy may be a wreck and we have gangs running all over the place but I live in the open country so I don't get a lot of that.

Re: If you could go to another Country?

Yeah, I want to live like not in the suburbs, but not in the country either, somewhere in the middle. I'd like to stay relatively close to the city so it's not like you're out in the middle of nowhere. XD

[sub]Depends on what area you're talking about. I live up north (Minnesota), but I've been to the south a few times, and it's a lot different down there. [/sub]

Not really, Down in Melbourne (and especially in Tasmania) it gets REALLY COLD, In Sydney the temperature isn't hot too hot or cold, its about the minimum of around 2 in winter mornings and 40 in summer afternoons, but thats still on rare occasions. its normally really good.

You probably live in queensland where it gets pretty hot (except it gets pretty cold in winter there)

Fletch: My Aunty lives in towoomba, we go up there about every 2 years, might meet you the next time we go up.

Re: If you could go to another Country?

I'd like to visit Sydney (Australian city), Alaska and Canada (to see the snow and the lakes and the northern lights), and perhaps South Africa (to see the game animals like elephants, lions etc in the wild).

I notice a lot of people are all wanting to visit the same sort of countries (developed, advanced countries like Europe, Australia, America) rather than the developing countries like in Africa or South America.

I had some Australian friends come over here during the summer. There were disappointed not to see snow lol. So yeah, come during northern hemispheral winters, remember! smile
edit: you'll be disappointed if you visit Vancouver in Canada because there's hardly any snow there at all year-round. ):

I'll have to bear that in mind. Perhaps around Christmas or in the New Year would be a good time.
Do you think Vancouver is worth a visit anyway? Maybe I'll go there for the 2010 olympics or something.

What part of Greece would you like to visit? (referring to your earlier post).

Thanks for the advice smile

Yes, Vancouver is quite worth visiting. It's mostly rainly during the winter months...go during the north american summers. I'd go there again in 2010 if I had the money for tickets. Come to the Rockies in winter for some fun times in snow. For some strange reason, a ton of Autralians move to the Rockies in winter to work at the skiing venues.

Greece? I dunno...Athens, Crete, Santorini, a lot of places. I've never visited Europe before.
