i loved when you get to chase him at the end of Year of the Dragon
i just wish my copy wasn't so scratched
it won't let me get that far now

Moneybags is really funny it was fun chasing him at the end of Year of the Dragon so yeah he's cool.

I don't like him in A Hero's Tail but I loved to hate him in the old games. He was put there to be hated purposely, and it makes playing to the end of Year of the Dragon all worthwhile. Also, I'd like to share this little post I recently saw on somethingawful forums with you guys, because it made me crack up for its truthfulness:
