Oh god, I HATE Blink. Sure, maybe it's because I hate his minigames, but that still warrants as an excuse. Also, his tacky unmatching cap and his enthusiasm for wanting to dig just made me want to strangle him. Every time I was walking around a level all normal-like, when I spotted Blink across the corner my heart sank in knowing that I had to do yet another minigame with him.

That reminds me, I was performing a Let's Play recording of that game with some friends, and I was so frustrated when playing as Blink that I literally yelled out "@#$%!! BLINK SUCKS. Why are all the Ember haters wasting their time, they should be focusing all their energy ON HATING THIS GUY HERE." Heh.

Aargh, I hated the Blink levels. >_>

Bianca and Hunter is my favorite, one, because it doesn't involve Spyro, and two, because it's actually in the game. Fan pairings kind of annoy me at times, especially SpyroxCynder. No offense to people who like it; that's just me.

i for one dont think any program is worth like $400 unless youre using it professionally

i cant link you or anything but to download large files people generally use torrents, theyre a way of downloading large files where you can disconnect from the net and resume the download another time (well thats my innacurate understanding of it)

just keep in mind, to download a torrent file you need a program like bittorrent

also, for the record, bittorrent is completely legal, but i cant be held responsible for what you download with it

Also, SpyroandCynder, I've been drawing since a kid, but I made it a hobby at age 13 when people started asking me to draw certain Pokemon for them, and started taking it seriously at 14 and took classes.

If Spyro has to be paired with anyone, I would prefer it to be Elora, since that relationship was actually implied in the game. I do not think there is much "evidence", if you will, for SpyroxCynder. He saved her, so what? Wouldn't he have saved Ignitus or Sparx?

I don't really understand why some people make such a big deal about fanshippings, though. I mean, what's the point of being all fanatical about "supporting" SpyroxCynder, SpyroxElora, or whatever?

I don't mean to offend anyone; I'm just asking.

What if Cynder was a boy and he saved her? People wouldn't make that big of a deal about it, but since they're opposite genders, alot of people that "ZOMGZ HE LUVS HER CUS HE SAVED HER OMG SXC FOR EVAH!!!!!!1111".

I don't understand what you mean by "fanatical." Is it those people that support a pair religiously and go crazy over another pair that contradicts it? Is it those people that draw tons of pictures and make lots of fanfiction about said pair? Or is it just simply someone that likes the pair and/or the thought of them being together? Or something else?

Kazooie! I remember you now! You sent me that second piece for JFF and it's beautiful! (Btw, JFF will be updating again, but the site wasn't moved to the new server, so it's going to be a while before I fix anything, but I'm working on that huge gallery update.)

I support Spyro/Cynder because it is canon as far as I'm concerned (if you knew as much about movies and epic stories as I do, you'd see it too), and it's cute. But my Spyro OTP will always be Spyro/Elora. It's too weird and cute not to love. XD

But, as I've said, I love crack, too, and I support things like:

I actually thought that they were siblings for a really long time. I mean, as soon as Spyro said "there was something in her eyes, something familiar" that pretty much did it for me. I really don't know how I should have taken that phrase otherwise. Until I started browsing this forum and found out they weren't, I still considered them siblings all the way until the end of TEN. Personally I would have preferred the sibling thing, because it was awesome to have a brother and sister duo, which doesn't happen very often, but alas.

Well, it's not canon just yet, but it can be canon in the eyes of someone else. As soon as I found out they weren't meant to be siblings, I instantly thought "Welp. I found the love interest." While it's not really there just yet, it seems very likely because of how predictable this storyline is in the first place. All we're missing is the romance, and who else do we have that can fit it? The fact that they went on a forum just to stress that they aren't related instead of leaving it up to our imaginations is a big hint. :\

Evidence that suggest Spyro/Cynder is already canon:

Remember, this is based on movie cliches and the hero's journey (the epic story model), both things which LoS is hugely dependent upon for it's story arc (the producers have said they were aiming to make an epic video game that was like playing a movie). Most of the stuff comes from TEN.

Cynder's departure:
"Don't make this harder than it already is," is movie speak for "I love you and it hurts to leave but I'm leaving so I won't hurt you anymore."

"But I don't want you to go," is movie speak for "I love you. Don't leave me."

Then Spyro proceeds to go running after her (though he is waylaid by a cryptic vision and a need to save his friends; I applaud the game for balancing out the romance with decent story like that).

Cynder in the Chronicler's vision:
The fact that he saw her specifically is a sign that Spyro is thinking about Cynder.

Spyro's choice in the Chronicler's lair:
Yes, Spyro is going to the Mountain Fortress to save everyone else, but one has to note that his emphasis is on Cynder herself. That is movie speak (and epic story speak for) "I love this girl and I will let the world die if I might have a hope of saving her." Which he essentially was doing.

Couple all of this with the fact that she is the only female dragon we have seen in the entire series thus far and it makes at least me very suspicious. Also, there is the whole deal with Chris Wilson going out of his way to make sure everyone knows that these two aren't related. There is as well some symmetry between Spyro and Cynder (he knows a little bit of what she's been through thanks to his short time being possessed by darkness) and it all adds up to one thing: Spyro/Cynder is so totally canon and I will only believe it is not if Spyro himself tells her he's not interested and starts making out with someone else.

No need to argue this one with me. If you guys don't think SxC is canon, s'cool. This is just why I won't budge on the issue and why I support it (I always support canon couples, with a healthy group of crack pairings on the side just for fun big_smile ).

And, no, I am not on drugs. Just a mental disorder. big_smile Crack pairings/shippings refer to ships of characters that make no sense and are just done for the sheer silly fun of it (Elora/Gaul is one of my favorite crack ships, for instance; it doesn't exist and never will and, if it did, it would likely be very disturbing ).

The rest of my arguments are essentially the same, so I'm not going to quote all of your points. I know you said not to argue this, but I couldn't resist after you said "if you knew as much about epic storylines as I do." T_T

I'm not saying that Spyro and Cynder won't end up being a couple; actually, I think they probably will, if not only because of all the fanshippers it would disappoint if they didn't. I just think that so far there isn't as much evidence to suggest it as people seem to think, and the whole thing is horribly cliche anyway. Plus, the SpyroxCynder fanshippers in general start to get on my nerves after awhile.
