icydragon, the disc is known as a "swap magic disk" and you could buy it at either a Japanese import store (less likely) or on the internet at some sites that sell them (www.play-asia.com). IMO, it's better to get your PS2 modded with a modchip (service can again be done by internet mod services or you could buy the chip and do it yourself which is riskier).
