Well I know Quite a bit about ghosts considering my dad has lechured me many times over things that he has learned that is now sunken into my head. I have read many things about Ghosts and plan on being a ghost hunter one day...

I watch Ghost Hunters sometimes.

Anyway, I heard that ghosts only can appear in houses with right-angles. Is that true, because I saw a person's house on the news who designed his house to not have any right angles in it.

Thats mainly a Myth. Ghosts or Spiritual Entitys Need energy to manifest or make themselfs visible, plane moveing stuff. Like the one law of science...Every is made of and needs energy to move or do something. The Reason why the Spirit could be in the house is because they are attached to something that was prolly one theirs or was important to them. The other reason is because they Do not wish to leave the house and refuse to beleave they are dead. Another reason is that they want to stay and have fun...Like Moveing things and playing hide and go seak with you...While some like to scream in your ear, but only you heard it...Those Ghosts are called Screaming Banchies. But Haveing right angles has nothing to do with the ghosts being.

I have a question.
A few weeks ago, I only heard this sound, NOT other people..
But I heard whistling-- like a real person whistling.
So was I hearing a ghost? :?

Also, can I help with this thread too? I know a bit about ghosts.... Unless no one needs my help. :'(

....How loud was it? If it was loud enough for a person in the other room could hear it but only you heard it then Yes it was likely a spirit playing games with you.

I have some what of a connection to that...I was walkig in my grandmas house and well i know her house is haunted, but I kept hearing my name being called i asked my mom what she wanted, she wasnt calling me...no one else was calling me, but supposidly the entity learned my name and was messing around with me and calling my name...

this is too weird. When my grandmother was a little girl, she told me that when she asked HER grandmother what kind of church they went to, she would say "A circle one, so that the devil can't corner us" And the church was, all circular, no corners.

Thats the thing animals can see them as if they completely manifested...Humans if they were born luck may be able to see the movement of the Entitys out of the very corner of their eyes... only way to see them is if u were born very very lucky and have the Parascycolical ability to see enitites with out them manifesting.

Another story thats related...My dad used to live with my grandma and she had cats...same house the ghost took my knife and kept calling me...He was watching tv and in the corner of his eye he was the cat turning its head watching as if something is walking by...My dad didnt turn his head but carefuly watched out of the corner of his eye and saw something move away from him...he couldnt tell what it was because in the corner of your eyes color isnt seen and its hard to tell the shape of things. He finaly looked at were it was a saw nothng. The cat looked at him and he talked to the sat saying he saw it to. Then cat jumped down and went in the direction the entity went.

bananababy...Manifest means to become more visible for a period of time...It takes alot of energy to manifest...or even to make sounds or move objects. The Spirits suck energy out of the air, batteries, tv thats one, lights thats on, eletronics like CD players, Mp3 players, Cell Phones...pritty much anything that uses a battery.

Nope... Demons or "Devils" are suppotsed to be Spirites that have gone mad....are blood thirsty and voilent....Like ones that throw things at people trying to hurt them. Weather or not the walls have no angles at all doesnt matter. If the spirit is attached to something or doesnt want to leave it will stay there untill a preist removes them. Normaly Spirites dont go near holy places like Churches Because "The power of god" would send them into the after of heaven or what ever you beleave in.

nope, they were dedicious trees. And I'm sure of it. I'd turn around thinking it was my sister or something, but it wasn't, cuz she was attending college at the time. And then when some family came to visit, they brought their dogs, and they were barking at thin air in the middle of the driveway. They didn't go and bark up at a tree or something, just stood there and started barking.

bananababy, it takes almost the entire battery one a video cam just to make a semi loud knock...It would talk prolly 50 video cams, just for an entity to manifest for atleast 30 seconds. It takes alot of energy...normaly when Spirits are around and you are recording this with a camera, you see orbs. Large collection of energy into a ball flying around. You cant see them with your eye unless you have really good eye sight. But still the entity would store up as much energy as it wants before manifesting...it could store up for years just to manefest for a while...then die down and hold the energy for something else.

yeah, like on A haunting, these people lived in a house, and there were these hidden rooms, off of the closest. and a man that lived there about a century ago, he was a mormon and he hurt his children. Anyway, the husband, he knocked down all the walls and made this huge walk in closet. and after that, they were getting attacked by it and such. And they asked this psyhic lady about it. and she said that he was mad because when the guy knocked down the walls, that he exposed the guys secrets. And so then they did this ritual thing and when they got to the closet, they knocked out a window and apparently the light made the spirit go away. Could that actually happen?

Poltergeists are hauntings that are violent....There are also hauntings that are like tape recorders...its like the spirit is stuck doing the same thing if the atmipheric surroundings are just right. They are easaly creatued to...Like every night you sit and watch tv. For years you did the same this at the same time...But on night suddenly a a headless swords man busts threw your wall and scares the crap out of you. The things that are like ectoplasm but are the humans ectos are shot out of your body and attaches to what ever is around you. If the atmiphere is just right you would see when seems like a ghostly headless swords man walk threw the wall and a guy on the cought freak out. then they would dissapear. Pritty much this is caused when the same thing happenes every night for ages and suddenly at that same atmasphere were it is most of the time your emotions change it causes those emotional ecots thingys to react out of your body and attach to the surounding area.
