Latios picture contest, 1st Prize is 40,000 gems

Well, I feel that I have too many gems sitting around, so I've decided that I'm going to put up a request. The 20,000 gems will go to the person who makes the picture I like the best. BUT! As a consolation prize for actually trying, anyone who tries, but if they didn't win, will get 10,000 gems.

I'm going to start working on another story for deviantART, something based off of Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. The main character, Matt, wakes up the next day to find that he's a Latios, and then when he finds a Riolu in trouble, he decides to form a rescue team, Team Eon.

What I'm asking for is a drawing of Latios, but with a red and black headband. Underneath Matt, I'd like it to say Leader of Team Eon - Matt.

Edit: I'm increasing 1st Prize to 40,000 gems, and any entries will be given 20,000 gems.

I also have only 1 rule:

You CANNOT use the sprite for Latios, and then add the headband on using Paint, Photoshop, Gimp, Pen Tablets, etc. It'll show me you didn't work hard on it.

Oh, there's no rush. Take your time, the more time that's taken, the better you can do on it.

Edit #2: Also, the winner of the contest, I will include as a character in the story. All they would have to do is tell me what their favorite Pokemon is, what the name and gender of their character will be, and I'll add you in.

Very impressive Arcane. Even though it's edited, the work of it shows that you've put a lot of work into it. Adding those effects, the band on his neck, the light at the tip of his wing, the blurred effect and the banner shows that you put a lot of effort into it.

I know how to do that colored pencil effect in photoshop, never learned in gimp though. I don't really like gimp though... Process power is WAY too slow.

first time drawing him took my time! i did the drawing +lines on paper coloring and final touches on paint tadaa.:) If you dont like it....i stink at drawing sorry :'(
