Volta: I can barely see in this, but that must go for the scorpions as well. If any come alongside you, kill them.
*A single scorpion came out of the sandstorm at Volta (though it was not yet attacking). They both noticed each other, Volta froze. Just as the scorpion was about to strike Buzz fell from the sky and landed on top of the scorpion, knocking it out. A little further away another different dragon fell to the floor as well. The sandstorm started to settle......*

Volta: What happened Buzz? *The sandstorm had cleared now, revealing only four scorpions. All had no weapons on them, so were obviously just coming for water.*
Buzz: I was flying up through the sandstorm when I collided with this other dragon, then we fell.
Volta: *Looks around* Well at least we know they haven't seen us missing yet. *Looks at the other dragon who was just getting up, though he was facing away from everyone else. He was a grey colour, with very big wings, meaning he was a wind dragon. There was a triangle shaped club on the end of his tail.* Who are you?

Dragon: *mumbles* Thats the thanks I get for trying to save people? A massive headache? *sighs, then turns around, revealing a grey crystal in the middle of his forehead.* Where are my manners, I'm Boreas.

Meanwhile.....

Celerity: I hope they don't go and start fighting, it will get them nowhere ..... Why don't we sit around a fire and tell stories and sing and stuff? Back at my village we used to do that all of the time, it was a way of getting to know one another.....

Celerity: Heyho! *Pops her onto her back.* Who wants to start off? You can do anything really.

Meanwhile.....

Boreas: I was flying towards the city to see if there were any survivors at all when I saw you guys. I have excellent long-range vision and I saw the scorpions approaching and gave you guys some cover by blowing up the sand. Are you guys from the city? I'm surprised you've got this far.
Buzz: No we escaped from the Scorpion base. And why didn't you just land next to us!
Boreas: THE SCORPION BASE IS HERE!! Awww man, that was easy, and in the last place we would look too......
Volta: *Also glares at Buzz for being rude.* Sorry who are you? And why were you looking for it?
Boreas: Oh, sorry I'm ther Elder of Wind and Sound. We are trying to stop the scorpions as they are trying to destroy dragons. Also we had a bit of a bad run in with them 1000 years ago.....
*The dragons jaws drop.*
Buzz: I thought the Elders were just an old wives tale?!
Volta: Obviously not.....
Boreas: Well, I should tell the other Elders about the base. You guys should come with me. They are at the dragon temple.
Buzz: Wooohooo! Lead the way!!
*Boreas smiles and takes off, followed enthusiastically by all the others.*

OOC: It will take a while for them to get there but we can join the two storylines up again in a bit. WHEY!! big_smile
