Wedger and vyper continued there way down to the temple with the others but as they were walking wedger was just staring at his amulet vyper came over and started peeking "What you got there bro?", wedger just put the amulet back inside his pocket very quickly and stared at him "Nothing", vyper stopped walking and looked at him "You are one protective human you know that wedger?...you got to learn to trust others" vyper said a little over concerned, "Uh huh sure" wedger said a little not to happy this concerned vyper even more.

Wedger stopped walking and just stood still in the snow and closed his eyes and began to think "should i tell them about me and the Dm? how i used to serve him? the promise i made? my sacrifice to stop him?", vyper stopped walking and looked behind him "Hey bro you coming or what?", Wedger just let out a sigh and had his face facing the snow, "Bro you coming or not?!" vyper said worried and irritated, wedger still stood there thinking "They deserve to know they all deserve to know" wedger just looked up then "Guys something i have to tell you".

Vyper ran over and covered his mouth and said "Nothing!" wedger just thre his arm out of the way and said "No they all need to know about the Dark Master and me...you see i served the DM not by force by choice i made a promise...to destroy the purple dragon... but im not like that anymore and..Keeara said to avoid the mountain at all costs because when it collapsed all the spirits would be freed and after this...im going to the mountain to sacrifice myself to stop his return...I-im sorry i-i didnt tell you all sooner"

After hearing this, Inferno's flame stopped and his jaw dropped, he couldn't say a thing as his mind raced with crazy questions and reasons.

wedger looked at cynder and answered her question "Well first off i really didnt know what i was doing back then i was only 25 when i joined him and i really dont care if i live or die when the time comes im just glad to have you guys as friends heck more then friends more like a family...and also no i guess not" wedger said with a smile

"Ya", Cynder mocked, "like a big happy, seceret keeping, fighting, oversized family." at this she turned away from him and found herself gazing at Spyro [by no small concedince], then she looked away quickly, hoping that her blush would be mistaken an a reaction to the cold.

Edit: Wedger just nodded in agreement "Look i really did want to tell you earlier about this but i was too afraid to do so" wedger said with a tear coming down his face and fell down onto his knees, vyper just walked over and wiped his tears away with his tail and smiled at him "Hey bro no need to cry...your redeeming yourself by helping the legendary purple dragon and his friends and are they really a family to you?" vyper asked, Wedger nodded "The reason why im sacrificing myself when the time comes is so the people i treat like a family will not die because of me"

"Oh come on" Cynder persisted, nearly intoxacted with excytment at this point, "you can tell me, I'll keep it a seceret." at that point a large booth selling candies of all sorts caught her eye

"Ohhhhhh, that looks soooooooo good!" Cynder squeeled and promptly left Spyro's side so quick that you would have thought she was never their in the first place.
