Because Neoseeker is popularity-oriented. The more guestbook signatures you have, the more e-cool you are. Popularity levels are also closely related to the number of perverted jokes made, join date, and whether or not you're a girl who likes to post pictures.
Thank goodness Spyroforum isn't like that.
