Hi Rachel, welcome to SF.

You get gems each time you post in most forums on this site. If you look you should have some now. Also, people may donate gems to you, and you can donate to them too. smile

Just kidding

But Welcome, Gems are more or less sort of Useless at this moment. You can prolly go to the shops and Pay some people here gems to make artwork or music videos or alot of other stuff. We have been trying to find a more useful idea for gems and if you have any please post them in the site help Place like thingy under the User ideas. Need anything hesitate not to ask.

Also Welcome all other, SapphireSheep, LightUmbreon, and R-dragon whos names are on this page. <D Im DPX and If you need anything dont hesitate to ask either.
