My current obsession is Redwall.  Watched the cartoon series, which is great, by the way.
Lord Brocktree is probably the first book I have read purely by my own will, and I'm reading Mossflower now.

Never heard of it, so I googled it... Looks like a really nice fantasy world :3

I actually wouldn't consider it fantasy.  It's medieval, but there's very little magic.  It's also a fairly easy read, meant for middle-schoolers.
