Ah Valentine's Day how I hate it so, not a very fun holiday when you're single and all you see are candies, hearts and people making out. <_<
I have changed my username from Justin Long Fanatic to EricChristianOlsenFanatic, so Justin Long Fanatic is my old name on this site, and EricChristianOlsenFanatic is my new one.

Re: Valentines Day 2013!
I say this every year, but I never even minded it all the years I was single.
Hope it's not too bad for you though.

Haha, wow. What course is it?
I'm in a pretty male-dominated major myself. I'm the only girl, but it's not so bad because there are only like seven people in my class, and I'm married to one of them. ![]()

Re: Valentines Day 2013!
Games development, im there now sneakily on the forum when I should be modeling a space pirate ship
That one sentence has made me want to quit my job and do a similar course.
This is a genuine request, can you please list a bunch of negatives about the course to stop me please? o.o

1:The lack of females in the class
2: The occasional written work
Thats all i can think of really
its a great course and they teach you how to use some awesome software. on my course you only go in 2 and half days a week and they split the year into two groups. One that comes in the first half of the week and the other the last half(they only have 1 girl in theres tehe). If this is the same thing down the country you might be able to fit your job around it ![]()

Re: Valentines Day 2013!
I am single too but the making out couples never bother me I think it's pretty sweet to see couples happy specially on Valentines. Guess I can be my own Valentine's.

Re: Valentines Day 2013!
Being smart > taking risks
I'm going to finish college, at least my Associates degree, before getting
married and moving on to living life. One you get out of college to be with
your soul mate, there's pretty much no going back [to college]. With a degree
in college, it'll be easier to find a better paying job so that you can support
your family when you and your wife (or husband for the ladies here) have
children. Preparation is vital in a healthy family.
I feel like I said this last year...

Oh well.

Im following my dream of becoming an animator as the course covers alot of that, it is better to be at the bottom of a ladder you want to climb then half way up one you don't.
At the end of the day dude its entirely up to you, if you feel like it would make your life better and achieve something you want in life then id say go for it as i did ![]()
