Re: Music thread

That game was really fun to play. Of course the controls felt pretty stiff, but it
was still fun. I remember trying to find all the Tomy Vercettis and killing them.

Timmy Vermicelly's, or something like that tongue

Game was well known for its holes in the map, and the PC port is failed controls and performance wise, would still like to see the second title of the series on PC smile

Tommy Vercettis? The guy from Vice City?

Re: Music thread

Well Rockstar made fun of Tanner from Driver series in III/VC, Reflections made fun of Tommy Vercetti in DRIV3R, then RG made fun again of Tanner in San Andreas... A love story.

Re: Music thread

Playing this is way harder than I'd thought it'd be. The strumming is easy, but the notes are very hard. I think the tab is a bit off. Or maybe I got out of tune.

Re: Music thread

It's 11 PM, listening to Hammock's most ambient album. Ambient, yes, but magical.
Takes me somewhere else. Call me a dreamer or a weird kid. Won't matter.

Maybe They Will Sing For Us Tomorrow

Maybe.

Don't worry. I like that kind of music too. You're not alone.
Muahahaha!!! Okay. i actually did like that song. It was peaceful. And I like peaceful in music.

Now I suppose I should actually talk about what I like in music.

I like pretty much everything. Except modern pop music. Everything from Woody Guthrie to The Beach Boys to Yoko Ono to The B-52's.

But my current musical obsession is David Bowie.

Re: Music thread

Why hasn't Atlus done HD ports or put these games up on the PSN?

Re: Music thread

The Halo 2 soundtack is probably the most creative soundtrack I've ever
heard. And this track ... scares the crap out of me. Its soundtrack is part
of why the game is so immersive, hear for yourself.

Mausoleum Suite

High Charity Suite

It also had the guitar work of Steve Vai (Best guitarist ever)

Edit:

Best version of the Halo theme ever. This really makes me want to go grab my copy of the game and play it again.

Re: Music thread

I think one of the coolest memories from Halo 2 is that Banshee air combat
while flying around the station in the middle of a big storm. The instrumental
(more like edited) version of "Follow" by Incubus plays and that adds so much
more to the fight's intensity.

Re: Music thread

Here's a post-rock song, it has a quite catchy tune to it.

For halloween, enjoy this creepy song.

Found it way back when Rock Band was popular. Yeah, we had fun with this song, eheh.
