My Thoughts on Skylanders

Honestly at first I was just excited there was going to be a new Spyro The Dragon game but now after seeing interviews and gameplay videos I really like it!

Re: My Thoughts on Skylanders

I think it looks like a decent game. Not as good as the classic trilogy but better than, say, Enter the Dragonfly. Okay that's an unfair example, but still, Skylanders doesn't look bad.

Re: My Thoughts on Skylanders

At first, I hated it. Now, I'm really starting to like it.

And since Crash Bandicoot's future is uncertain (and Jak & Daxter's), I'm glad that there'll be another Spyro game.

I'm a secret duck who lives in the glitchy but nice Honey Marshes. My day to day job is to spy on the blue guys so they won't get up to much mischief.

Re: My Thoughts on Skylanders

I'm kind of thinking of this as more of a new universe with Spyro in it than an actual Spyro game. From that perspective, I think it looks good. When I was seeing it through my "oh noes my childhood" goggles, I just wanted it to go away.

Just know that whatever happens to us...It wasn't my fault.

Re: My Thoughts on Skylanders

it gets worse by the day.

all this game is to me is a markating scam to see how much money kids will blow in order to "collect them all"

IMO let spyro die and don't reduce him to THIS level of low EVER again.
