i can understand where she'd get that idea. so many MLP fans on this forum love to use MLP as a tool for irony. haven't you noticed people throwing in MLP references where they're completely unnecessary? i won't call out names, but i've seen it. actually, a good example is this very thread, and all the images posted in it; MLP characters, thrown into various unrelated situations for the sake of putting MLP characters into various unrelated situations.

MLP is, at first glance, nothing more than another meme like Awesome Face, or OVER 9000. all of which were, and are, used for irony and randomness. oh, and let's not forget all the grown men in their 80s who always like to point out how "manly" little girls' shows are.

oh yeah, i listen to early Arcturus because it's manly.

Tbh though that happens with every fandom that people get really into; it's hardly exclusive to MLP. People make crossovers with fandoms they like. I won't deny that people go overboard with referencing it in threads where it doesn't belong, but that doesn't make it "nothing more than a meme." Anyway, the point was not that Clock-la's claim is completely unbelievable or ridiculous; it's that she's said it a million times already and it's been refuted every time. Same thing she and Latias fan were doing with Skylanders before I banned Latias from the section for trolling too much.

And, just saying, that little black metal reference gag is quite possibly the most immature thing I've seen in a while. You're just coming off as whiny.
