i have transformed. i have reverted and progressed, going through the sands of time seemingly aimlessly, seeking to simultaneously backtrack to another point and transcend the sands altogether. perhaps the beginning was the same, and both things i seek are the same. it's hard to say what my soul has done before this. but what it does now; which is better? should i revert? was i better off following the ways of the past? what did the past hold, exactly? should i progress, and attempt to go beyond what the past held? i feel inclined to believe i reverted in a negative way upon incarnation; now, am i reverting in a positive way, as i step away from the basis of Earthly understanding? i say yes, many say no.

it's worth noting, however, that those people have never experienced what lies beyond Earthly or human understanding.
