The Plot has holes. The comic relief was annoying. And Michael Bay. Thats pretty much why people(Including me) Hate the movie.

[Spoiler]Lets see Sentinel Primes ship crashing on earths moon even though Cybertron is billions of miles away from the moon. Their were decitacons buried under the moon. The autobots not dying when their ship got blown off by the deciticons(They said they made a buunker under the ship but i just take that as a huge *bleep* pull if anything.) Theres more but i can't remember the entire movie. I'm trying to block it see.[/Spooiler]
Michal Bay is like an american Uwe Boll, A terrible directer who makes bad movie after bad movie but somehow keeps making money.

Re: Transformers Dark of The Moon
I saw the first two and didn't like them, so I don't plan to see this one. The only reason I would consider seeing it would be because I heard Alan Tudyk is in it, and he is awesome.

It's a good special effects showcase. Not much more.

I liked the last two Transformer films and Armaggedon and Pear Harbor.

Re: Transformers Dark of The Moon
Being a massive Transformers fan myself, I decided to see the movie. I personally thought it was the best in terms of story and action, and I try to ignore the plot holes, whatever ones there were, and enjoy the movies. It's definitiely worth the money to see, especially if you just want to see gratuitous CG violence.
One thing (more specifically, one character) I absolutely hate about the movie is something some people I've seen are practically worshipping, and that was Jerry Wang (see the movie, you'll understand). He was just incredibly stupid from the beginning, and the caracter was stupid, innapropriate, and useless for the whole time he was in the movie. Otherwise, it had really spectacular action scenes; Optimus Primes penchant for taking peoples' faces returns from the previous movie. Though many of the human characters fell flat, the robots were brilliant characters with unique personalities. Plus Peter Cullen's amazing voice for Prime made him all the better
. Again, definitely worth seeing.

No. When i see an action film i wanna see action. Not a segment of the movie where two dogs were humping each other. *glares at Transformers 2*

Re: Transformers Dark of The Moon
like I said remember films like this arn't MENT to bve taken serriosly, there realy just for the effects, I mean look at 2012, its got epic effects and fun charictors ((all the cliche's wich IMO is'nt a bad thing in this case)) and well, you don't watch it taking it serriosly, you just watch it for some good honest fun.

Re: Transformers Dark of The Moon
No, actually that's precisely the reason I didn't like the Transformers movies. I like movies that aren't meant to be taking seriously from time to time. The Transformers movies are meant to be taken seriously, and they fail at doing so. I couldn't get past the sheer cheesiness of everything that happened, and then for "comic relief" they throw in stuff like this:

Re: Transformers Dark of The Moon
Depends on who you ask. If you ask me: yes. Even Shia LeBouf and Michael Bay themselves didn't like it. It was a classic case of a sequel trying to be bigger and better than the original and losing everything that it had going for it. It was way too over the top to enjoy at all, and featured way too much in the way of special effects and over the top drama.

It's true that I think the second one is the weakest of the three but I still liked it.
