The spyro RPG

OK im goind to put the rules down for this

1: NO god-modding
2: keep to the story
3: if a character is injured then he/she stays injured until recovered (dont make your character have a miraolous recovery)
4: describe characters backgrounds for certain things
5: try and do more than one liners. if possible try to do at least 3 lines

if you have any disagreements with these rules PM either me or spyrofriend

Good rules and ones that I can live with.. This should have been put down at the start, but better later than never)
Cynder stirred as the door opened... "Great" She thought. "Here comes the guard.. 'but as the door swumg inward there was no one there.. no guard..Her eyes flew open wide 'Sparx!" She exclaimed. "You unlockerd the door! I could seriously kiss you right now!. She heard a groan of gdisgust coming from the keyhole. She saw Sparx fly out of it, he was gcovered in grime, and had apparently been working at picking the lock for awhile now..

"He has a use!" both the voice thought and Spyro said at the same time.
"I oue you one, but now's not the time, Cynder, go ahead and give Sparks a kiss theen follow me, I have a feeling that the gards will be here any moment."
Forgetting his promise, Spyro bounded out of his one time prision and mentally cursed every moment he ever spent in that cell, forgetting everything good about it, everything from snggling with Cynder to Spark's face when Cynder torched his prision.

"Come on Sparx" Cynder said, dashing out after Spyro. their prison cell was at the end of a long hallway, at the end of the hallway, there were stairs, leading upwards... The air was damp and chilly down here, and salty as well.. Spyro was already at the staircase and waiting for her and Sparx.

(ok got it i just forget really easy lol and also ortumis is supposed to be a good guy so maybe ortumis can get freed from his grip as the story continues) "go ahead and struggle all you want little blue dragon you will never be free" the dark master said in ortumis's mind "Let me go you wretched thing if i ever get free you will die for this!" ortumis said "you free yourself ha ha ha thats impossible even for cynder" the dark master said in ortumis's mind "that may be true but at least ive got to try you fowl whatever thing you are and if i cant suceed then someone else will free me!" ortumis said

9At the beginning of this story, I divided out the roles betwen everyone who signed up. The Dark Master role was taken, although the understanding was he wouldn't come in until later...)

It's alright.. after reading through the start-up thread again. no one actually took the Dark Master role...I suppose I'll play the role, but it won't come in until later.. physically, For now, we'll just have him controlling Ortimus mentally)
The dark force controlling Ortimus had him in a steel grip."Simple-minded fool. I have controlled creatures far stronger than yourself, and bent them to my will. What makes you think that you can suceed where they failed? Because of your 'royal'.." he said this in a derisive , mocking tone "Royal' flew from his mouth like a dirty epithet. "Blood? Or because your little girlfriend loves you? Open your eyes and see the truth. I laid low your parents, and your fourth-rate excuse for a kingdom, without much effort. As for dear Annie" again he said this in a cynical, manipulative voice, "Her love for you, didn't prevent me from nearly ripping her throat out. That wound will never heal fully, there will be a scar there for the rest of her days.. and she will not forgive for that.. not completely..." The Darl Master chuckled fiendishly.

(ok then and its pretty much ortumis not ortimus but oh well doesnt bother me problly just a little mispelling) "what makes me so strong dark master simple i have a power that is hidden a power that will destroy you and your armies once i get free you will perish along with all of your minions i swear that to you and I will then become king and peace will reign for generations to come most of all i do not fear you and anie will forgive me no matter what me and her have been best freinds for 2 years you are nothing compared to me!" ortumis said in a loud voice

cynder and sparx rushed down the hall to spyro and they all climbed the stairs when spyro bumbed his head on the celing it seemed to be a old wooden trapdoor so silently and quietly they opend the doar when they finaly got it open light flushed in and they found them selves in a place they werent exspecting

they where on a small tropical iland with no gaurds in sight

"But all the flowery, sanctimonious words in the world can't help you now, nor will it help any of your freinds.' another wave of energy coursed through his body, sending more sharp pain throughout, Ortimus could no longer fly (for that is what he had been doing) and he crashed to the ground, in a heap. "I will make use of you though, so I won't have you killed, just yet."

(and ontels I was operating under the assumption that they were in a castle somewhere near the sea. But if you want, I'll go along with the ship idea)
Cynder climbed out of the stairwell and looke d around. A salty breeze drifted into the area from an open, doorway, she could hear the crash of waves resounding from some distance below. She glided to the doorway and looked out. Whgat she saw shockreed her. they were on a small island, far oiut to sea. In every direction, all she could see was water, dark, forboding, and cold. 'what now?' she asked, turning as Sparx and Spyro came up to her.

Spyro was still rubbing his head from the run-in with the trap door
"Why diddn't you people warn me about that? Anyways, Cynder, you still owe Sparks that kiss," Spyro said looking everywhere but at her.

Wile looking anywhere but at her Spyro spotted a large object that seemed made out of wood at the edge of the god-forsaken rock, the thing was very long and very flat, beside the wooden thing was some boats. Getting excyted again he started gliding toward the boats with warning the others.

As he glided he saw that he had made a very foolhardy move, the large fying bats circled above the island, and they were circling closer and closer to him as he glided toward his destanation.

When Spyro landed on the wodden thing it turned out to be a wharf, feeling stupid he quickly began setting the smallest boat out to sea knowing that he had only seconds before the bats acended upon him, and when they did thee rest of the goon population on that little island and his chances for excape were nill [ he had completly forgot the others at this time and probally wouldn't remember for a little longer]

Spyro!' Cynder called out as she sw him fly down towars the wharf. "He's SO implusive" She said to herself, as she took flight after him, there were a number of large bats flying downwards towards a small boat that was drifting away,. Cynder focused and let forth a flurry of fire, any bats within 5 feet of her got roasted, and fell into the ocean below. As she got closer she recgnized the purple profile. She landed into the boat with a thud and caused the boat to rock side to side. "You almost left us behind Spyro! What were you thinking? Honestly? I'm starting to regret ever kissing you.. you've been downright goofy ever since I did.." she snapped at him, she was not happy about, clearly.

"Fine you win dark master i'lll do whatever you ask me to do" ortumis said but suddenly he remembered the oath he gave 1 year ago, ortumis suddenly snapped out of it ortumis was shaking and somehow glowing blue "Dark master YOU NO LONGER CONTROL ME what this my left leg its free from your rule!" ortumis said happily while still continuing to slowly recontrol himself

Spyro [being tactiless as always] asked Cynder," OK what's wrong with you? I haven't done a thing wrong to you, and you start berating me!"

It looked as if Cynder was going to give him an earful if, at that moment, an arrow haden't baried itself deep into the wharf's woodworking. As it did Spyro noticed the flame that tiped the charge, instantly he spun around and saw archers perched upon the overlooking ridge.

As the archer strung another volly he felt himself being pulled backwards towards the now free-floating boat he had been working on earyler. Turing his head he saw Cynder was the one pulling him ,"And she calls me impulsive.

Hero, you cannot break through the Dark Master's control, for a good while yet. It is better for the story for him to control Ortumus and make him suffer then forv Ortumus to miraculously regain control)
The Dark Master chuckled darkly. "You're a fesity one, I'll give you that much" In a twinkling He had regained control ofOrtumus, and flung him hard against a nearby upcropping of rock. "SeE?' The dark Master said. "You fight me, you lose, and I punish you" He flung him against the rock again.The first blow had smashed ortumus's nose and blood dripped from his snout and face, the second one made his injuries worse and opened new wounds. "Keep it up, and by the time I'm done with you, you'll have control of your body, but that won'yt mean much, since you'll be so badly damaged that you won't be able to fly, run or walk, in short do much of anything." The Dark Master flung him against the rock a third time. the rock was now stained with ortumus's blood. "You have no hope of defeating me.. but rthen again, no one does.." He said simply...

They were on the island to begin with,you wouldn't have stone cells on a wooden ship, now would you? the stone would cause the boat to sink..

Ortumus was a horrid mess now, his face was terribly mangled, he had debris in both shsoulders, he had cuts over much of his body. and he had at least 3 cracked vertabrae. "Keep mouthing off, and I'll keep throwing you. Your body can't take much more of this Ortumus, If you were wise, you'd become silent and obedient, if for no other reason than self-preservation. "
