RPing rules

You better listen to these or else something will be done about it.

1. NO SCRIPTING. Use quotation marks and etc, not 'Spyro: I love trees!' or something. It should be ' "I love trees!" Spyro remarked, passing past them' Use that.

2. If I deny your character, I deny your character. This means you WILL use the character sheet I have posted for my two cents. If I deny it, you revise it. Don't throw a tantrum about it. If it is denied and you don't want to change it, you may use it in the Beginner Rps

3. Proper grammer is a must. I can forgive some mistakes so long as it is readable.

4. No god-modding. This means no taking control of other's characters and saying you hit them or whatever.

What not to do:

Cynder smacked Spyro. (If you are playing as Spyro AND Cynder, that is fine.)

What to do:

Cynder flung her tail out to hit Spyro.

This also goes for speaking, actions, or anything really.

5. No sexual themes. I think this speaks for itself, but if you must, leave a blank spot please. We don't need to see it.

6. Try and keep some language down. Sure, you can use it, but don't overdo it.

7. If there is an issue, take it to the mods. (If you can't handle it yourself that is.)

8. Try to have fun, will ya?

Re: RPing rules

Never mind, I posted that before I saw Stormy's announcement. And before I get screamed at for double posting, the post edit button is gone.

Re: RPing rules

Stormy has alerted him, I think. If it isn't fixed by tommorow, I will.

Re: RPing rules

Ok, I am going to add another thing. It is the beginner, average, and advanced rule

Characters ,Rps, and Rpers will be judged as those. Beginners will be only allowed to join the begininer and average RPs. They cannot join the advanced ones. Attempting this will result in concequences.

Beginners: People who speak with 'u lol' or something like that or scripting will be in this catagory. Or others who godmod or whatever. I will personall yPM you, or if I don't, I am playing a few others in charge. You will listen to them if they PM them. If you doubt I sent them, PM me. Unnapproved characters will be in here as well. Everyone will start here unless I PM you otherwise.

Average: People who want to get better in RPing will be here. They can speak without scripting and don't godmod, but are still rough around the edges. They know when to follow. Their characters have some sort of varried personality and are not complete sues. They may have a power or two that is overpowered, but are working on lowering it.

Advanced: These are the top of the RPers. They have well developed characters and nothing too powerful and could fit easily into the story. They make some spelling errors, but most, if not all, of their posts are readable. They are expected to make at least three sentances per post, but won't be held against them so long as it is adaquet

The reason for this is not to insult others, but to provide a better system. Some may want a random RP, some may want a serious RP. This is just to seperate this.

Re: RPing rules

haha! Im also a beginner again!

Man that's also very humorus to me.

Make mistakes here and there, but just simply talk 'lul u there' talk when there is no reason to start working fancy. Hmm, I work nice whn the RP begins though, i don't fail anyone.

Yeah I think it is too late as well. No one here really RP's. All the mods basically left. I'm not too far behind myself

Re: RPing rules

I just came back. xD

But hey, are we still allowed to make invite only rps? That was how the people with a 3rd grade education kept the little kiddies out of their RPs.

So let's say I made an RP, and I made it invite only, could me and my friends still use the script talk or does that apply to every rp made ever?

Re: RPing rules

I don't want ANY script forms. It seriously makes you look stupid. And it is frowned upon. Not just by me but a lot of others...

Re: RPing rules

oh, and back in the day our little 'fill in the blank' for a wedding night or something was 'they snuggled'. That was what we used instead of 'mature' content. Can I still say snuggle? Or is it taboo now too?

Re: RPing rules

So long as the mashing of the good feely organs are not shown or getting close to that point, then I have no issues. You can certainly imply it, but don't do it often.

Re: RPing rules

No no no, see it would go down like this basically.
They walk into the room, they'd say how they love each other, then they would snuggle. (I mean literally, that's all that was said) Then skip to the next morning and a few weeks later we had eggz.
