So I heard a rumor that Valkyria Chronicles 3 might get localized on the Vita. Just a rumor, But here's hoping.

Also heard from people who have played say it is better than the first game and they got rid of the stupid school sim kawaii *bleep* that was in the second game. Sounds like a good game to me.

I had my interview today. I think it went okay. They still don't know if they'll have any part time positions they could offer me, though. It sounds like they're mostly hiring full time right now. I should hear back in about a week. Now I'm procrastinating writing the thank you letter because I'm terrible at writing those things.

Also, today I learned that interviewers will be impressed when you give them examples to demonstrate what you're telling them. He asked me to name some strengths, and when I gave an example he told me that in all fifteen years he's been doing interviews, including when he worked in HR, I'm the first one to do that without being prompted. So if you say you're good with people, give an example of a time when you made a customer happy or something like that.

i've never really liked the formulaic and process-oriented idea of job interviews. it seems like something that should be more of a natural process than it is. i could make myself seem like the most academically professional and amazing person this side of the Transfiguration, which is what my school has spent greatly valuable time telling me, but it seems really dishonest; what i am is nothing like that. i don't think anyone should be playing themselves up for these interviews; it should be more of a, what you see is what you get, sort of deal.

none of these things where you print out 90 resumes in case you need them. and no thank-you letters, unless you want to anyway. there's something really disturbing about acting without putting your spirit into it, that's become incredibly commonplace in today's society, and i don't like it.

this wasn't really directed at you, i'm just thinking out loud. so to speak.

Yeah, I know what you mean. You're not the only one who thinks that. Thing is, though, if you don't do all the formulaic stuff, someone else will, and they'll get your job.

Not all of it is mindless process, though. Interviewers do actually ask some legitimate questions, and chances are if you answer them well you're going to be more competent for the job than someone who's honest about not having a clue, even if you have to stretch the truth a bit.

Some how this whole "Army that were outcasted yet never mentioned in the first game yet hold a big turning point in the war" crap dos'nt intrest me.

That and im sick of the setting been gallia 24/7 i mean there ment to be a peacfull nation now there just as bad as...say...the westen world.

It's probably music. Yes, I don't work very well when pop music is being
played. I hate that crap and it makes my day worse. But when they put on
classic rock, I was the best employee.

The DS is region free. You can just import it.

I highly doubt they'll localize it in Europe. I would suggest you just import it. The game itself is one of the best games this gen(Next to Nier)So I recommend it.
