The Age of Destruction ( RP )

Xenophon flew to the flying castle. Everyone underestimates Jade. So will that ninja. Jade is strong, but she needs to use it well. This is her proof. He went to the great room filled with gears. So much things everyone doesn't know. So much to explain. I hope Nemo or Jade does understand what everything is. Untill now I only have confused my elite troops. he grinned. Fools. They are too stupid to understand the secrets of the connection of worlds. He summonned his black blade and hit a huge, black gear that suddenly stopped working. The sound could be heard through the entire castle. hmph. The oldest gear in the entire castle, therefore the most malfunctioning. Such a strong metal, the temporite. This gear is totally made out of it. The system looks so old, but a single strong hit makes miracles happen. Too bad Xition always forgets to clean it. He's no more if he continues like this.

He walked on to a large, white hall. It was empty, almost empty. There was only a pillar with a large panel on it with a hole. He inserted one of his swords into the hole and accessed the giant library. I need to know why I could not kill that dragoness. It has a reason. Could it be chains? Xenophon thought deeply. Chains. Mental connections you make, blocking you from killing somebody. Like you don't want it to happen. Could that...? No, I never met her before. He fetched a yellow book. Bah. Light magic. Then he said something unhearable and waited. a golden, transparent ball of light appeared. Urgh. It's true. There is a chain between us. he sighed. But I never met her... how can it be...? he was confused. I need to see that dragoness again. Nemo seems to look at her as wel. Maybe I should talk with her when Nemo decided.

The ninja , expecting a physical counter-attack because of his speed , wasn't affected by the smoke (the wind blows) , but get hit by the fire because of the wind (never blow a fire !) , regretting already his initiative.
"Argh , I thought I was faster than that , I get outspeeded by some magic...this disguisement isn't the best in a fight for sure."
He gets a backward step , jumps high in the air (thanks to some wind) and throw at you his mask and the whole (burning) ninja disguisement before falling down (but keeping his weapons , obviously...).
"After all , this dear Luna already dismasked me , so there's no reason to keep this disguisement anymore..."

The ninja loose about the half of a meter in throwing his boots and his gloves...He was a cat , pretty much like Azraël , but a little taller , his fur was orange with dark orange rays , he has already a blue suit ready under the disguisement.
"Surprised ? You're facing the last real ninja cat in existence...Or at least one of the few who remain. Now the real fight can begin ! I'm sure you can put up a good fight , but don't let your guard down like I did...You're not wearing a disguisement , aren't you ? Beat that !"

This time , he was running in circles around you at fast speed , throwing a lot of knifes (from the bag on the belt , on his right) , with his left hand. He takes a dark sword of ninja (short and not heavy at all , but longer than a knife) with his right hand (but isn't using it yet) , and gets closer and closer slighty at each circle.

Jade looked in deep thought then she smiled "I have to fight a scratty little rat" she always saw cats as rats "well i best end this now" she took a leap up into midnight sky (Yes im not botherd if its morning or whatever Jade see's moast things as darkness XD) she flew down and streched out her claws as she fell closer to the "litte rat"

"I see." Where does she live then? How on earth did she get here?! Ophelia thought bewildered. She was beginning to see the child as a burden, since she wanted to go up to Dream Weavers to investigate, and there was no way she could take her along. However, she tried not to show it, smiling kindly at Lila. After all, she was only young. She had to help her.

"Well, I have things I need to do. So, if you could tell me which home world you live in. Artisans? Beast Makers? Tell me, and I'll take you there."

Nemo POV

Feeling humility and guilt, Nemo landed in the forest, near to the mountain's peek. He felt so stupid - he seemed unsociable and arrogant in front of Ophelia, and it was the last thing he wanted. He would've loved to stay and get to know her better. But he was so terrified. Terrified of getting her blood on his paws. He would regret it for the rest of his pathetic life.

He entered a cave in the mountainside, went to the back where it was dark, and lay down. You learned her name. That was all you wanted. You should be happy. He told himself.

But tomorrow... Where will I be? He rested his head and watched the sun slowly starting to descend. If I join Lord X... Then my dark side can be controlled. All my life I've wanted nothing more. On the other hand, I might end up his puppet, and I'll never see Ophelia again. He shuddered as the thought of harming her crossed his mind.

If I don't... I can see her, but my outbursts will continue. I can't hurt her, I just can't. He groaned and covered his head with his paws. Oh my... What do I do?!

"Little rat ?!? That's my every-day dinner that you're talking about ! You chose close range...bad choice ! You loose !"
Getting closer was his purpose , so he was smiling , he runs at the dragoness to grab her , since she was closer , it's easier to do now. A grab from him is almost guaranteed free damage with the combo who follows , so he found in this a good opening to do so.

Jade smile'd "Bad coice" her tail was now in perfect position to slit his throte but Jade thought she best not kill him and waist the fun...so she cut his eye instead

[[The best battles are between characters whose creators both want to win. So, there must be a winner, decided by you guys. No matter how long it takes. Make up something good and try not to let your enemy win unless you want to lose. That's the point of RP'ing. The fun thing is that you 2 are battling to an undecided place, which is pretty difficult to fight out. You know, my char will lose for sure. He's the bad guy. But how will this battle end? It's not clear.

Also, happy new year guys! Have a good year all of you! The RP is going very good. Never expected it to be such a good story or to even make it to 2010. Thx all.]]

[(OOC : Sorry about being so tough , I'm even more sick and even more tired since yesterday...*cough* I feel really bad , I may have a flu or something. I don't care if all my caracters die , it's an option who depends on the RP after all , but I didn't get the thing about fighting , that's my first RP you know. *cough* I don't expect him to win , but if the battle goes this way , my ninja will end cut in hundreads parts in only 2 minutes ! *cough*...Well , let me take another tissue please...)]

He grabs her tail then , but since he was close to loose an eye , he didn't succeed a great combo , he just throw her away with a kick (damages ? pityfull...since she flies it's almost useless) , and sighs :
"(phew , she could kill me if I didn't...) Hey , that wasn't bad ! What about that ?"
He sommons the wind under him , and uses his bag on his back so he gets some "made" wings to fly.
"As a master of wind , I love the air too. Try to follow the flying cat !"
He was preparing a artisanal bomb while flying , and gets ready to use it , in case Jade gets too close...

[[Hmm... If you would please pick (a) "bigger" element(s) instead. Poison is part of Darkness (if it were me), moondust... well.. I think it's a pretty rare element there, maybe not even one. But yeah, who decided that darkness, light, space and time were elements anyway? (Yup, me... Well, I can make that up as RP leader tongue ) So that's not a real problem. Convexity however, can not be an element. You know ( or probarbly you don't) you have concave and convex lenzes. Convexity says how round an object is... So you probarbly made a mistake there. So, please pick some/a bigger element(s), and you're allowed to join.]]

He goes straight down , and then use the speed he gets to fly upward again while gliding close to the ground , in order to escape the circle...And to run away ! As a ninja , running away is a pretty solid option in most battles. He knows that X won't like this , but after all , there's no money to earn and Luna in his side means death for him now , so...
"Let's test your speed , since your master wants me to test you , I don't see how I will without this kind of test ! Come and get me !"

Xenophon was confused. How could I have a chain? I've never seen that Dragoness before!He threw the yellow book away, which then magically floated to it's formal place in the pitch-black bookshelves. All sorts of books you could imagine were there. Chronicles, spell books, historical books, magical books, blueprints, encyclopedia's, reports (by Xenophon himself)... Only a few open spaces remained. Not that that did matter. If the shelves got filled up, a new one was made. Xenophon's reports filled up lots of shelves. Together with the formal ruler of the distortion world, Xephar, he gathered information about everything. Now Xephar was gone, Xenophon wrote all his reports again and the own information he found. He was currently busy with a big series of reports called The Connection and Distortion of Worlds. It was almost becoming a chronicle, in which Xenophon wrote down the results of his research in and outside of the distortion world. He discovered secrets that should have been unknown to everyone. He was pretty proud of his work. His knowledge worked in his advance. He could get Nemo on his side by knowing how to control his curse. He wrote about everything. Every day he discovered something. Not a thing you should think of a so-called "bad guy". Xenophon was different.

The sound of the gear stopping again was extremely loud. Ah, I wish it would just continue like it did in my world. There every gear works well. Maybe it's the temporal diffusion difference... No. The thing is just too old. It needs a replacement. Then he stood up and flew through a small portal he made.

The Distortion World looked a little brighter each time Xenophon visited it. The skies had changed. What was once purple was now soft blue-greenish, but still the pitch-black skies covered the most of it. Xenophon warped in a black cavern, full of crystals. Shining gems shined bightly in all colours of the rainbow. I need loads of this... Then he flew slowly through the caves, deeper and deeper into them. There, in the centre of the caves, was a small storage filled with the crystals. Two black Dragon shadows were guarding it. "Give me a load of Temporite. Quickly. The Gear's broken." The shadows disappeared and came back with about a thousand kilos of Temporite. This'll be enough. He created another Portal to the gear room and stepped into it. He made the same portal underneath the load of Temporite.

When back in the castle, Xenophon took his two swords, fused them together and with a big slash he destroyed the enormous gear. The shards disappeared when touching the ground. The load of Temporite was not colorfull anymore. It had hardened and turned black. As black as the night. The nice thing about Temporite is that it can be bended in any shape when casting a spell on it in the distortion world. So, a new gear was placed into the empty space. It fit perfectly. With a loud, sharp sound the entire castle began to work again. In every room, the gears rotated, thanks to the new big Temporite gear.

Time was Flying. I need to see Nemo soon...

Lila looked around the town. why did i run away? what did that acive? she was only trying to help me...But i know nothing of her I know nothing off my self her head was staring to burn up she ran back to Ophelia and followd closly behind her.

The ninja cat look behind him , and see that the dragoness was after him...Too bad , it will take too much time to escape from her , he has to think of something else. And what about...? Oh , great , that's risky but worth it , after all she needs him , and if he can't beat that dragoness...

He was going in the direction of the Magic Crafters , as fast as he could go. He has a plan in mind...
