Re: Google Earth
That would be kinda cool, although take pictures of fish with a satellite might prove to be challenging

Re: Google Earth
Looks like the Google people created a model for it. You see ... there's no
ocean bottom. So I'm pretty sure that they created a mesh object.
It's pretty cool.

Re: Google Earth
It's always cool to turn 3D buildings on. Just as if you're walking right there! Or Grand Canyon, they've made it in 3D as well.

Re: Google Earth
I'm waiting for my city to have Street View on Google Earth. I know Google went around with their camera-attached vans taking snapshots around the city, but the Street View feature still isn't available yet.

You know what would be funny? When you can see into the buildings and you witness a murder.

Re: Google Earth
I saw a web page on the Google Earth website that said that somebody
found a historic bomber flying over the house where a first time poster
lives. The satellite scanned over the house at just the right moment.
It is a restored Lancaster bomber from WWII.

Re: Google Earth
Now that is cool. I love bombers(except when they're dropping bombs on me and I'm a ground zero)
