I think there should be more girls in the Spyro games.I realy like Ember and Cynder,I want more charatcers that are females! mad some girls:Bianca,Ember,Cynder,Elora,Zoe.Thats it.But I want female dragons.Becouse I never liked Spyro or Flame as much as Ember or Cynder and I want more girls to draw. smile

I often see an imbalance in gender due to the amount of male characters in equivalent to females. Sure puts actresses out of a job slightly unless they're up for playing the kid parts.

And you forgot the Sorceress sad

Even though I'm a young man, I agree. The ratio of males to females in Spyro is too unbalanced in the favor of males, especially with dragons. I'm glad that Krome introduced Cynder. On top of her being female, that opens up several doors to new possibilities in the Spyro Universe. Indeed, female roles are way too often overlooked.

I think someone already might have said this, but I find it a little insulting that the only female dragons in AHT were both pink. Not that I hate those characters, but really, pink?

I see your concerns over mating and whatnot, though bear in mind that the backstory for Year of the Dragon stated that the faries shipped the eggs to the dragon realms at the start of the festival. So is that idea out of the window??

No I wish, she is a Kangaroo who takes care of three billy goats, she is like a mother to them. Her appearence was in Year of the Dragon and Season of Flame. She is a Helpful allie to Spyro.

She also appears as an NPC in Attack of the Rhynocs. I can't remember if she's also an NPC in The Cortex Conspiracy, though she does have her own character card. Still I bet they don't count >.<

You are right, aside from Spyro, Sparx and Hunter, the other main playable characters were brand new.
And I'm still sad because my Year of the Dragon disc broke about two years ago, thanks to my brother's PS2 breaking down sad

The closest I can find is some online stores that still sell PSOne games. Given that I'm doubting to have interest in a PS3 unless more potent technological developments (i.e. PS2 game compatibility) and price drops happen, odds are it could be my best bet. Odds are that if I get round to it, I'll call it a "going home" present from Uni ^_~
